HI,
I purchased Lava Iris 458q on 7th december 2013. Next Day it started switching Off on its own.
I was asked by the seller to go to the service center. I went to the service center (Shankla Telecom) in Gurgaon Sec-17.
They asked me to keep for 2 days and they will inform me looking at the issue.
There was no call for next 2-3 days. I went to the place again and they informed i will receive a new Handset in replace.
It has been 1 month now, I am keep on following but there is no response from anyone.
Every time they say it will be done today. They don't even pick call, its very difficult to reach them.

They are the worst. They just cell dummies to fetch money.
I think they are fraud..
They just attract you with their high and fake specifications. I have already suffered.
I dont want anyone else to suffer the same.
I have been using sony, samsung and even LG... I never ever faced any problem.
