[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — Lava wi pod mini mf802s not working. Customer care isn't responding. | |||||
I purchased a new Reliance Lava WiPod Mini on 2nd Dec. The internet speed was very slow so I complaint reliance to resolve the issue. They informed that the device got some major problem so I submitted this device to Kushal services in Jaipur on 7th Dec under work order no.[protected]. Its been 8 days now, I haven't receive any proper information about my device. I raised a complaint 635437 and 656476 to know the status of my device but Lava Customer care always give a generic statement that the device is under repair. I don't understand whether they follow any proper SLA or not. I am not at all satisfied with the service. I have called the customer care endlessly. They don't care about consumer forum complaint too. I want the resolution of this device else give the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
