I purchased Lava Mobile Iris X5 4G white mobile from Vijay Sales Vasai West on 22.08.2015. Immediately on next day there was no display on mobile. I went to service center in vasai but lady there did not entertain and send me in nalasopara.and person there said i have to repair phone at my own cost .Very rude executive Mr.Ashutosh .
