I had ordered a insta360 one x2 action camera, but I had received an empty package from the seller. My transaction was in the form o[censored]pi payment. My package id is AWB[protected]. Which was received through Delhivery platform. I request a complete refund of the payment. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment details.
Please resolve my query and fulfill my request.

I just ordered a insta 360 action cam through this website https://hoff-bar.myshopify.com/ and they contacted me for address verification on yesterday[protected] and today[protected] the item is delivered. When i opened the product its totally fake and they give me a fake product of boat hedset without any bill. The packege is shipped by laxmi enterprises GST No 07ANYPC8536C2ZQ. I need my money back. Otherwise i will go to consumer court...

We are just would like to give feedback - hp gas cylinders which have been delivered at our address from a decade. We are getting very less amount of gas, hardly it goes for 15-20 days and it’s been 7-8 months. We are so fed up especially with - ratnesh, udayveer (They both two) who delivers cylinder. They always say it will long last at-least 30 days but it doesn’t even happen. Ratnesh - even took our cylinder and ask us that he will replace that and it’s been 3 months, we did not get a new cylinder. We are getting really frustrated at this moment - we cannot afford to spend 600-700 rs buck at every 15 days. This is too much. Please escalate this - this is not the first time, i complained earlier as well but i dun think - anyone did listen to that? We are about to change our connection unless we get proper amount of gas.

Please escalate this and if needed - you can call me at below number for better clarification but these limits are getting crossed. Please take strict actions for them as they will say good in front of you, however they won’t even care after that and seriously — we are really fed up.

client M/s. “NEXON ENTERPRISE” having office at AURANGABAD,

2. That my client above named client is doing business of Business OutsourcingService (BPO) in the name and style of M/s. “NEXON ENTERPRISE ”, atabove mentioned address and my client has provide online works ofCAPTCHA TYPING to any indigent.

3. You are residing at your abovementioned address and are known to my clientsince you availed online BPO assignment of (CAPTCHA TYPING) from
M/s. “NEXON ENTERPRISE”

4. That, you as on date: 10/4/2019 completed registration with my client agreed upon the Terms & Conditions/Rules & Regulations by entering into Agreement on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- as on date: 10/4/2019 with my client with Data Outsourcing Assignments (CAPTCHA TYPING) vide
Project ID No. ***************”.

5. According to terms and conditions of the agreement, you had to complete thework of (ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in “10” days. But, terms and
conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn
Around Time) you have not submitted accuracy report to my client within
stipulated period of “10” days as mentioned in the agreement. We provided
the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done
within “10” days.

6. In the agreement we both are agree for the promissory as like under:
No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to pay Rs. 5100/-(FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONLY) amount for
utility and maintenance on following grounds.

(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is
entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which
mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment
and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay
as a liability which describe above.

(B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of
the platform where you working online data typing.

(c) If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter
legally & all the legal expenses will be bear by your side, company is not liable for the same.

Required Accuracy by the company:

7. You must have to provide to Captcha Typing work for 10, 000 captchas” in
“10” days.

8. My Client informed you for the same by sending you an email dated 23-10-
2019. with respect to the non-submission of work assigned to you and for the very reason you have made liable yourself for to pay the utility and
maintenance charges of Rs. 5100/-( FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
ONLY) to my client because of your default i.e. (non-submission of
accuracy report about CAPTCHA TYPING).

9. Inspite of consistent communications by my client through telecommunication and email you have not paid Rs. 5100/-( FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONLY) o[censored]tility and maintenance charges for ID. No.
“***************” and deliberately ignoring my client, knowing full well the
grim consequences thereof. You are therefore liable for civil as well as
criminal legal action.

10.But unfortunately you did not sent the said amount within stipulated time and there after inspite of request and repeated demands from my client to you but you failed and avoided payment.

11.In the circumstances, I have been instructed to call upon you which I hereby to pay to my client the sum of Rs. 5100/-( FIVE THOUSAND
ONLY) with interest within 7 days of the receipts of this notice.

12. Failing in which my client will constrained to take the appropriate legal
proceedings against you at your risk as to the court and consequence thereof.

13.You have also committed serious offence of criminal breach of trust (I.P.C. 406) and Cheating (I.P.C. 420) with my client. So keeping rights reserved to file separate complaint notice is giving to you.

14.As the transaction took place in Aurangabad (Maharas
(Maharashtra) Court and Police has got Jurisdiction.
also liable to pay Rs 3, 000 as legal notice charged to my client..

Had ordered jbl wireless bluetooth from facebook on wireless deals but they delivered me jeans pant instead of bluetooth i think they had cheated me goods delivered is from party whos gst tin no is as follows : 06hxxps2099c1zx

I had sawed there are many fraud being done by this tin no after seeing that i was surprised how can facebook would advertise such type of frauds who just deliver the wrong goods from net i have knowed...

Mr. Muthy and his wife has a firm laxmi enterprises in bhiwandi khaler. They asked me to pay cash amount rs.1, 30000 and they will deliver me the machine.
But they never provided us the machine. Earlier they were responding to our phone but form last 6 months they stopped responding and from last 1 month both the numbers are switched off.
We visited their office but found nobody. Nearby shopkeeper told us that around 70 to...

I purchased raw material for paper plate with advance payment... Two months ago but now he is not responding to my calls and not returning my money... Please do help... Same thing happened with many peoples... Someone has stop mr. Murty and his wife from doing this... They are making peoples fool... Legal action should be taken against such peoples...

We work in the below premises, there is a water overflow from past one month, tried contacting the local concern person, but he is not bothered to take corrective action.
Huge amount of water is been wasted and good water is been guttered.

Request you to intervene and tale a necessary action "save water".

From justdail i came to know about the company. I booked a paper plate machine from this company and made full payment in dec 2017. They were keep delaying to deliver the machine so i cancelled the machine in march 2018. Now they are not refunding the amount. I have the bank refrenence no. Which i made online tranfer of rs.128000. The owner name is satyanarayan murty-[protected]/[protected] who cheated me and his manager jayshree gana.

Total fraud : we have visited laxmi enterprises in biwandi and met satyanarayan and his wife, these people are husband and wife and fool the people after taking money, they will not answer your call and always say they are busy, mine 70000 money is stuck with him, now i am struggling with legal notice, fir and all.

I request you all to not to make any business connection with these fraudsters.

I had registered for part time home base job through quikr for the company laxmi enterprises govt.based job company and they were going to send me the package through for joining formalities within 15days but since 1 month i did not receive any such parcel and the local post man told me that u have a parcel at our postoffice plz pay 4000 to us. so i called up again to Mr. Gautam -[protected] mob no. and he talked with me rudely and tried to misbehave with me asking my age am i married lets get married . why do quikr post ads regarding such fraud companies. please guyz no one get registerd with laxmi enterprises for job.

I am a customer of Bharat Gas. Laxmi Enterprises Distributor. I have booked a LPG gas on line on 06.04.2014 but still now not got any delivery . When i am visiting the office they are not able to give a satisfactory answer and date of delivery. I am facing lot of problems due this....

I have been booking gas cylinders through LAXMI ENTERPRISES, N-5/541, IRC VILLAGE NEAR INDRADHANU MARKET, KHURDA, PIN- 751015. Last few months, we are not getting gas cylinders even though after emptying our cylinders for long. The delivering date indicated in my login differs more than 15 days...

I was wachin sahara samay news channel on 4th dec 2013. on news one blur picture shown and asked to viewers to identify the picture and won prize of tata safari for that send sms on mobile no [protected] / [protected].
I sent sms of correct answer on both these no.
on 14 dec 2013 i recieved call from [protected] and the saying that i m speaking from sahara samay and you have won first prize of tata safari and also he gave me cash option of Rs1280000. but for getting this prize you have to deposite 1% of prize Rs12800 on sbi acc no [protected] name chandra dev singh.he called me many times.
I think it is a fraud.I have not deposited any amount on above mentioned sbi acc no but there ara great possiblities that they might cheat others in same way so i request you to take imidiate action on concern person and his company
and if it is true then please make this company to give my prize

Sub-unauthorisely disconnect my LPG domestic gas connection without any reason.

With reference to subjectified, I Sri Prafulla Kumar Sahoo, S-O/-Jadu Sahoo,AT-Plot No-1154/1519,Raghunath Nagar,Dumduma, Bhubaneswar,Orissa-751019, I have a connection of LPG domestic on consumer no-9032, LAXMI ENTERPRISESN-5/541, IRC VILLAGE NEAR INDRADHANU MARKET,KHURDA 751015,Bhubaneswar,Orissa. they disconnect my LPG gas connection to telling me that there are lot of connection in my name but Prafulla Kmar Sahoo is not only one name in this city so i submitted them all documents for my reference after that they do not take any action and harrashed me with a fake reason to disconnect my gas connection of only one cylinder.what can i do now ?

My consumer no. is 7432.I had booked a gas cylinder on 27/06/2012 and the booking no. is-10430.I have not yet received the cylinder.I have called up them many times but they are always giving me assurance of delivering it in one or two days but they have still not delivered. They have not given any receipt on the last two deliveries.so please consider my complaint as soon as possible.
