I had used Lazypay on Swiggy app once in June. My due amount was Rs 310. My due date was 3 July and i paid my bill on 2 july itself. Since then I am getting back to back calls for payment of my overdue bill which is not at all overdue. I have an email from Lazypay customer service that my bill is clear and i have no outstanding, complaint number 16255445. Moreover, they are now putting late fees too in the same bill which i paid on time.
Inspite of this i am continuously getting calls to make my payment. some of the calls are really nasty . I am being subjected to mental tourture, recieving close to 5 calls a day during office hours. This is affecting my work a lot. I want to complain against them and seek compensation for this tourture. Was this information helpful? |
