On 24th September 2022, I received a call stating that if I made a payment of Rs. 9180, they would waive off my late fees of Rs.3507.02. Later that evening, I made a payment and was told the fees will be waived off and Rs.3507.02 was added to my transactions but DID NOT reflect in my outstanding.
As expected, they DID NOT WAIVE off the amount and when I emailed them about it, I was told that the phone number that I had received a call from and had called back on, didn't belong to them and I was supposed to ask the agent to waive off the fees before making the payment. IT WAS THEIR AGENT WHO TOLD ME THE PROCEDURE.
Post all of this nonsense, they have harassed me over and over again via calls and emails and I've been promised call backs from TWO OF THEIR SUPERVISORS, ARVIND AND SARFARAZ WHO ARE COMPLETELY USELESS BECAUSE THEY HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS. ALL I KEPT GETTING WERE EMAILS SAYING THAT THEY'RE ARE LOOKING INTO MY CASE AND IT WILL TAKE TIME. I have had to change my number because of this.
A few months ago, they had started threatening me via whatsapp about legal action and address visits without even looking at my numerous emails and calls to them. I'VE TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I'm happy to pay for my usage but I will not pay a rupee more. After all of this, I got them to close my account.
When their collection agents had called me I've had to explain the situation over and over again because none of them have put notes on the account and they tell me that they don't have access to emails. Their company has mentally harassed me every day instead of looking into the situation and resolving it. I was very depressed after this and had to seek professional help.
I would like to point out that I've sent numerous emails to the CEO too but he too has not helped me.
I'm still willing to pay my outstanding amount (only my usage) The rest has to be waived off as promised. Was this information helpful? |
