Lazy Pay — transaction not affected

We did not affect this transaction, this is an absolute nuisance on the name of lazy pay. I am forced to make a complaint if no corrective actions are taken immediately. Further, your transactions are also reflected in my cibil, which is also not at all acceptable.

In order to ensure security, please note that all transactions are processed via 2 step authentication which is confirmed by the otp sent on your registered mobile. Only once you enter the otp in the payment page, the transaction is processed and confirmed. Also, after every successful transaction email and sms notifications are sent to you.

Please ensure that you never share your card number, cvv, pin, otp, internet banking user id & password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and payu will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

In this unforeseen situation we request you to check your transaction details again, please raise a fir with the cybercrime cell online and share the details with us.

This is-to confirm, we never effected this transaction as during that
Period, i can establish i was not within india.

However, meantime can you share with us all the details of transactions. Including two way authentication and confirmation.in order to substantiate as a piece of evidence to the cuber team.
