I had paid lazy pay bill through online and error msg popped up saying transaction failed, amount was neither debited from my account, then again i tried this time also I got same error msg as transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
Then I tried once again to make transaction as it was my last date to pay bill and last transaction was successful.
Twice amount was debited, debited amount transaction was once failed and other successful while processing transaction.
Now as process the failed transaction amount should be reversed back to my account.but till today i am only following up for refund from bank and lazy pay, but the funds are not reversed in my account.its almost 50 days i am following up for my funds .In bank record the transaction reflecting as successful and for same transaction in lazypay record it's reflecting failed
Lazypay says that they have reversed my amount, but i have yet not received any reversal, it's almost 50 days
