LazyPay — amount deducted but no response

I am the regular user of lazypay. I have tried to repay my dues of april month before the due date. First time amount deducted but no response and repayment was not successful. Second time i have repaid successful. They told that the amount deducted wrongly will be refunded within 48hrs. But till now it was not refunded and also i can't reach them in phone, no response to mail.
