[Resolved] LazyPay — Complaint about SCAN AND PAY in Lazypay account

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am M. Kranthi Kumar from Hyderabad, i have a problem with Lazypay. 19/06/2022 i pay INR 51.00 using scan and pay option in Lazypay but the transaction failed at the time but after some time the amount debited from my Lazypay account i asked to refund the amount but they refused. Please Take my complaint and help me.
