I have sent several emails to [protected]@lazypay.in to delete my KYC and permanently close my account, but there is no response from them, my LazyPay account is still active, my mobile is a shared device and there is a risk of somebody else using my LazyPay account, I cannot say no to them because it is the matter of maintaining a relationship with my loved ones, now if someone use the credit then I will be liable to pay and this is exactly I don't want, but LazyPay don't respond to me and are not closing my account

Please note KYC cannot be deleted. Customer can request to delete the account however KYC can be deleted after a year as per guidelines. Account deleted cannot be used on merchant then after.

I am requesting you to delete my LazyPay credit account, it's over 40 days now, your reply is not relevant to my query, i want my LazyPay account to be deleted
Myself Prasanth Reddy with a registered Lazypay account with [protected]. I have sent several emails regarding cancellation of my account. Insted of cancellation they increased the limit to 1 lakh. I told the same and requested them to remove my account permanently. As I am facing many issues with this kind of accounts under my Cibil. There is no response from them after explaining my situation also. I hope this platform will provide a final solution.

No customer support number as well
Why there is no option to delete account in the app. Why does it take so long for you to action a delete request. I’ve written twice to we care and no response yet.

Such a bad experience with this app. It's nearly been 1 year since i am using this app but i am not able to verify my kyc nor able to upload to any documents. Also my credit limit is the same as that was on the first day. There is no upgrade in the credit limit since the 1st day.
Also there are no special features added to my account. I can't pay my bills or recharge my number. Since 1 year, the same message pops up that 'due to overwhelming response, kyc can't be done etc etc'. Such a crap app.

Kindly note PayU Finance India Private Limited, collected the information including the KYC information of the customer in order to evaluate extending credit facilities to the customer. The data including KYC of the customer collected while doing this evaluation, is to be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with applicable laws. The Company is under an obligation to maintain data / information of its customers for minimum periods prescribed under applicable laws and regulations, post which the Company in accordance with its policy will delete the customer’s data / information from its system. Accordingly, we will be erasing / destroying the data / information from our system upon completion of minimum retention periods under the applicable laws / regulations. In the meanwhile, please the customer that the Company will ensure to take all technical and security measures as may be required under applicable laws to ensure security of the data.
