I had requested LazyPay to close my account permanently. They deactivated my account on 21st July 2022.
A personal loan of Rs 10000 is still active in my CIBIL Credit report.
Since I requested to close my account permanently so LazyPay should also close this loan in my CIBIL but they are not doing anything.
Every time they send automated emails, They are not taking any steps to close this loan account.

As per our telephonic conversation we informed you that your complaint regarding updating of Cibil associated with registered mobile number-:[protected] has been successfully done from our side .
Further, we have already raised a request with other credit bureaus to make necessary changes related to the lazypay account.
Kindly note that it will take maximum (Upto 30 working days) to reflect these changes on all the CIC’s(Experian, Crif and Equifax).
Your account is blocked from our side and you will not be able to see any of the details in the LazyPay application.
Further we would like to inform you that ‘blocking’ is an internal categorization used by the Company and no further transactions (debit or credit) from such blocked accounts are permitted.
We wish to inform you that our technical team is working on the development of the system for permanent closure of the accounts and this feature will be live in production by September 2022.
Hence, we are hereby humbly submit that your complaint related to updation of credit report and deactivation of Lazypay account now stands resolved & addressed to your satisfaction.
