LazyPay — Due amount debited twice; no response from customer care

The due amount was debited twice from my account. I paid it myself the first time, and then it got auto debited again later in the day and was never refunded to me. Contacted my bank, they said I need to contact Lazypay. So wrote to their customer complaint through their support page, but have neither received a response in several days nor the amount that was supposed to be refunded. Was this information helpful? This is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We'd like to understand the issue and help you with it. Please provide ticket id number to address the issue

There is no ticket ID number. I posted 2 or 3 complaints through the app, and was told I will receive a response in 48 hrs. Can't you use my phone number? Or email ID, although it's different from the one I use here.
