I have been charged with inr 814 on 27 sep 2019 on lazypay for a zomato order which was not made by me and it is not there in my zomato order history as well. When i raise a complaint to the team regarding this they reply saying that all transactions are processed via 2 step authentication which is confirmed by the otp sent on the registered mobile, but i have never received any otp on my phone not for this transaction nor for the transactions i actually made.
