LazyPay — frequent sms/phone calls demanding to remit reported to be outstanding amount of rs. 1411/-

Since 1st week of June i am getting frequent innumerable Phone calls of recorded voice and SMS demanding to remit amount reported to be outstanding Rs 1411/- . Though reply message is sent seeking clarification, however the message is returned undelivered. Presuming it is spam the numbers were blocked and the agency is trying with various numbers and torturing and threatening stating that it will be reported to credit bureau to degrade the credit rating. First of all I do not know why the demand is araised and there is know physical call explaining clearly the demand of the claim. I could not reach them either by phone calls or SMS nor any communicative address. kindly guide us and advise.
