I am getting calls and messages from lazypay from 1st August 2023 repeatedly onwards for the amount 3993.00 for transactions not done by me. I had never downloaded, nor installed the application called lazypay. So, there was no chance of sharing OTP with anyone. I was not even aware of the app called lazypay and it's mode of lending. when confronted, all they are saying is that a person named Aman Singh has used my mobile no. [protected]( my mobile number) and availed loan of rupees 3993 rupees. I sent a mail to lazypay customer care for which they replied and asked me to write the complaint from the registered email. I replied saying that I hadn't registered before at all and that only after this incidence i downloaded and registered to know about fraud transactions. Customer care is replying the same -asking me to reply from registered email. I am being called and harassed hundreds of times daily. I complained to cyber police and shared the details with Lazypay. But, Lazypay refuses to acknowledge the receipt of the complaint saying that I have to send it from the registered email. Obviously, registered email is Mr Amit Singh's. I filed the complaint with payU finance. But, Lazypay continues to.harasa by calling and by SMS. now they are threatening that an agent will come to collect the outstanding amount of 5400 rupees. Lazypay should stop harassing this and pay the compensation of 25000 rupees for the harassing Was this information helpful? |
