[Resolved] LazyPay — Intentionally delayed auto debit of repayment | |
3rd March was due date for LazyPay outstanding. I have setup Auto Debit so ideally LazyPay should have debited my account on 3rd. On this day, I sent reminder also to LazyPay in afternoon. But they intentionally dis not debit my account so that they can charge interest and penalty. I have been chasing them for refund but they are not answering. I want my money back with compensation.

Mar 30, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved There was immediate movement amd matter was sorted. However I would like to raise a concern over mails I am getting from [email protected] and [email protected]
I raised this concern to you guys but I have not been guides by you. In fact [email protected] is asking me to pay money for settlement of this case. LazyPay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
