They've charged me an amount of 3090 on a transaction where the merchant hasn't received the amount. Trying to get through to them but can't. They continuously send messages and a fine is being charged of 10 a day and i still can't get through to them. Have sent the screenshots and everything to their mail. Spoken to a customer executive there once and he told he will revert back but haven't received any reply. Was this information helpful? |
