Hello team & users,

Personal loan enquiry initiated on behalf of me by lazy pay for the amount of 1 lack with a third party (Reliance commercial finance)

This is to inform everyone that lazy pay is doing many things on the backend without your consent, i wasn't even a kyc completed user and using my pan number they initiated a personal loan enquiry for the amount of rs 1 lack.

They did not even inform they did, once i am gone through my credit report i came to know all this.

Customer support is worse, they don't respond to emails/phone calls properly.

Now whoever is using lazy pay its time know your self that not to submit your documents just like that as they can do anything without your notice.

I am not sure what is LAZY pay and how they got my number ... continuously asking me to pay some amount ..I am not sure about the background not that. ..URGENT ATTENTION

I used lazy pay just once to order from swiggy, i even tried paying then and there but the transaction failed several times. Called their customer care to revert all the extra charges and he suggested to use some other payment mode. Then we paid through google pay and magically that money got reverted into the account and i am again getting calls to pay the bill. You guys are as lazy as ur name, atleast have a significant payment mode for the customers to pay and have a good customer service.

They charged me 295 but didn't pay the same to the merchant. So my order was not placed. And iam trying to call them for like a week and they are not responding. It's a very bad gesture. They have very poor customer service. This has happened so many times. And they charge when we don't pay within the stipulated time. But when we call they don't answer.

I had used lazypay an amount of 740rs on some occasion and had gone on a vacation for 14 days post that. When i got back they charged me a fee of 110 rs for 11 days. I'd left my phone back in india and wasn't aware of this. I received no email communication whatsoever about the same, all they did was send remainder messages everyday. Their helpline is literally useless, they have an automated message of being busy. I received a call today literally threatening me to pay. What # is this? Are these people even legal? I bet they aren't. I thought i'll just pay the due off and get done with this but the call today literally pissed me off. They don't have any right to call and # to me about freaking 800 bucks. I want them to call me back so that i can give them a piece of my mind. I am not paying up till their customer executive calls me.

They've charged me an amount of 3090 on a transaction where the merchant hasn't received the amount. Trying to get through to them but can't. They continuously send messages and a fine is being charged of 10 a day and i still can't get through to them. Have sent the screenshots and everything to their mail. Spoken to a customer executive there once and he told he will revert back but haven't received any reply.

Hello, i am getting continuous calls to clear lazypay balance on my mobile number [protected].
I tried reaching their customer care but seems like its a recorded session playing "all our executives busy at the moment". I even sent them a mail asking them to clearly tell me what i need to pay and rather give me a call so that i can speak to someone, but still i haven't got any response from them.
I don't remember using lazypay but only registered once. I dont know what balance they are asking for.
More surprisingly, they are increasing 10rs fine on that balance everyday.

Kindly help me in getting out of this.

They first charged me late fee 10 per day as a due after paying the actual amount and then when i complained about the service they waived off the due amount and then i had to repay again the amount of last order and the new order by combining it and they assured me the last amount will be refunded in 12 working days and see the person gets irritated due to this as you need to call them constantly and they have no solution to your problems and basically no one should use this lazypay at all. Worst service and payment gateway.
Still my money isn't refunded.

Worst service and apps.If there is a due of some amount ...you are already charging fine...But the threatning messages are not the way you deal with customer.If a person is unable to pay the due...it dosent mean they are running away with your money...it may also suggest the person is also dealing with some personal problem wwith finance...Maybe the authority of lazypay can directly contact customer and clarify why he/she is unable to pay the debt...in place of sending threatning messages and mail

Please read my review before using lazy pay . I booked movie tickets of Rs 470 using lazy pay credit services. I thought lazy pay was a wallet of gateway to make payments from credit / debit / netbanking but they simply give out credit on mobile numbers. Anyways after one week of my transaction i started getting charged Rs 10 per day for every day. I waited for 3 days and paid the complete Rs 500.

In short they are a company providing banking type services in private contract. They are not regulated by RBI becuase under RBI their charges would be illegal. If you use lazypay its between you and the company. There is no one to standup for you even if they charge you any amount. So before you use their services becareful as i would never trust lazypay and payu money from now till they improve on their culture.

By mistake, i registered on this portal for act. I did not advise them to make any payment but they made the payment for act of rs 808 because, i already paid act for 6 months. This resulted in the duplicate payment and they started sending mail/messages and calling me. The lazy pay service is a pain, everyday they started calling me and the messages they send were of harrassment. I was working with act to resolve this issue, but everyday they were adding a fine of rs 10.
If anybody have authority. Please close this company.

My name is vinit kumar my mobile no is [protected], i had booked a ticket by redbus delhi to etawah on[protected] chosed option book now pay letter unfortunately i droped the journey, my ticket was canceled after that i am being harrased by lazypay practically everyday by phone calls or by alert messages for paying rs.950/- and everyday they increase a fine of rs.10/-
Now they are saying they will report to the credit beureau. I tried calling them several times but its only ivr number. I want to ask them what did i buy and what payment i have to make. I haver never used their services. If fraudently they have used my personal information while making internet payment.. Pls take severe action against such fraudesters,.

I got daily calls from lazypay as need to pay due amount and threatened by saying cases against me.i dont know what lazypay is.
i am warning you lazypay.if this continues for next week .we see each other in consumer court.
i wish i see you there and got some fine from you by harassing me.

Since 1st week of June i am getting frequent innumerable Phone calls of recorded voice and SMS demanding to remit amount reported to be outstanding Rs 1411/- . Though reply message is sent seeking clarification, however the message is returned undelivered. Presuming it is spam the numbers were blocked and the agency is trying with various numbers and torturing and threatening stating that it will be reported to credit bureau to degrade the credit rating. First of all I do not know why the demand is araised and there is know physical call explaining clearly the demand of the claim. I could not reach them either by phone calls or SMS nor any communicative address. kindly guide us and advise. Lazypay is unnecessary harrassing regarding some transaction which was never done by them!
Continuous messages and calls - threats to report to credit bureau! I have never even heard of this nonsensical app and suddenly they are harassing non stop to the point that i decided to break connection with my internet provider because lazy pay is using them as an excuse.
Prove it that we owe money to you else get the # out of our lives!

This is mental harassment.

A wrong transaction on redbus was made on the 18th of may, 2018. The payment was made through lazypay. On receiving a notification on my mobile i mailed lazypay and redbus to look into the matter. Redbus refunded just 50% money. The decent thing to do would be to stop the late fee charges till the issue is solved. But no, the constant incessant mails and calls for the payment and none for solving the issue, shows what a scam payu is running. Lazypay is a huge mistake and should not be used by anyone even by mistake. Ts high time for the consumer department to take legal action aginst this fradulent company.

They want to cheat... I have blocked more than 20 mobile and landline no. Of lazypay, like 804813...8048766..2248770..22488... I dont no how much no. They have... Who is going to take action against them. There is relationship with them in any reason or transaction. How they got my mobile no. And where. What trai doing regarding this? Trai escaped from mobile no. Complaint in their portal. The people where will they go, trai expecting to go directly the honorable prime minister or tell-communication ministry of india or his excellency president. Waiting who will reply

A fraudulent transaction on redbus was made on the 4th of may, 2018. The payment was made through lazypay. On receiving a notification on my mobile i called lazypay and redbus to look into the matter. Redbus backed out saying it was not there business.
And lazypay has no complaint mechanism. Inspite of repeated mails they ahve not yet got back to me. The decent thing to do would be to atleast contact the customer and help solve the issue. Or atleast stop the late fee charges till the issue is solved. But no, the constant incessant mails and calls for the payment and none for solving the issue, shows what a scam payu is running. There is no place to raise a chargeback and there is no way to get respite from these cheaters. Lazypay is a huge mistake and should not be used by anyone even by mistake.

I have never used their service. I probably would have registered on their app/website. I have been getting incessant ivr calls three to four times. Everyday for making a payment of inr444.

This is so frustrating. Can anyone please suggest how to stop this menace once and for all?
