Dear sir, i m being harrased by lazypay practically everyday by phone calls or by alert messages for paying rs.836/- and everyday. Now they are saying they will report to the credit beureau. Ihad no idea what this is. I was cheated badly by lazy pay and redbus. Many people are falling prey to this bloody lazypay services. Pls take severe action againt such fraudesters. This is mental harassment.
A wrong transaction on redbus was made on the 18th of may, 2018. The payment was made through lazypay. On receiving a notification on my mobile i mailed lazypay and redbus to look into the matter. Redbus refunded just 50% money. The decent thing to do would be to stop the late fee charges till the issue is solved. But no, the constant incessant mails and calls for the payment and none for solving the issue, shows what a scam payu is running. Lazypay is a huge mistake and should not be used by anyone even by mistake. Ts high time for the consumer department to take legal action aginst this fradulent company.
