LazyPay — Money deducted from lazy card but not received to merchant

Sir please check my transactions of repuees 9500 on 01 feb 2022.
Transaction successful from lazy pay and 9500 deducted but not receive by merchant. I have contacted with merchant and he sent me payment failed confirmation from his side. Both screenshot are attached.
