LazyPay — My transaction refund

I had made payment on mobikwik on 28/01/2022 for Rs.4995/- the transaction was successful on lazypay account and it's still showing, not received on mobikwik. After contacting mobikwik costumer support they told the transaction was unsuccessful and refunded to your account. Till date i had not received refund on lazypay, and unable to connect with lazypay .. i had sent many mail's no responses received till date 05/02/2011

Updated by Venkatesh Rediyar Also no response from costumer support. Inspite that, the recovery agency was calling for repayment and i had also repayed my previous outstanding.. when will i get my refund amount of Rs4995/-
