I use lazypay card on paytm on 12 jan and payment failed on paytm..and amount deducted from my lazypay account but not received the refund yet more than 8 days gone not reversed money in my lazypay account...merchant initiate refund but lazypay not providing my refund...I tried to contact lazypay teams through mail and twitter many times but no one reply to my mail..please look into this matter and refund my money.
