By mistake, i registered on this portal for act. I did not advise them to make any payment but they made the payment for act of rs 808 because, i already paid act for 6 months. This resulted in the duplicate payment and they started sending mail/messages and calling me. The lazy pay service is a pain, everyday they started calling me and the messages they send were of harrassment. I was working with act to resolve this issue, but everyday they were adding a fine of rs 10. If anybody have authority. Please close this company. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am getting calls, messages, and emails for paying some due that I have already paid. It's irritating to receive constant reminders for something that's already done!

I placed the order on 13th July, paid the amount on 18 July. And till noe (August 3rd)i have been getting these reminders to make the payment

I have paid my due amount on time but still, I am getting calls and messages to pay the amount. Can I know why I am getting calls and messages every day? Every day they are adding 10rs extra and ask me to pay the outstanding amount. It's really irritating. Any kind of help will be appreciated.
