LazyPay — Payment done but they are telling that payment is due

I have done my Lazypay due payment on 19.07.2022 by using bhim.The amount has been debited and bhim is showing the transaction is successful on 5:58 pm on 19.07.2022.but Lazypay is telling that theamount is due.I have the screenshots and I did mail to them.after 15 days I haven't got my amount back.So why should I pay again.And i have the transaction successful msg also with the transaction I'd.
