LazyPay — Phone bill ( Vodaphone) Paid bills are shown as due for payment and black mailing about the credit score

I have already cleared all the payment with regards to the phone bill but still, I am receiving messages stating avoid to lose your credit scores by paying your dues.

Even with telephone compliment, I have raised the same point and it never resolved. They are not updating their system with the latest inputs
