LazyPay — Refund not credited and credit limit decreased

I did a transaction on 4th May'22 on IOCL of Rs. 973.00 IOCL has been refunded the amount which has been processed the refund on 5th May'22 . This payment has been made through my LazyPay Card. But after several request they didn't credit the amount. And also they increased my credit limit but without any intimation within two days they again decreased the limit.
Requesting, kindly look after the matter.

Hi, we would like to inform you that the refund for transaction Id TXN[protected] for the amount of Rs.973.0 has been processed. The same is also reflecting in your LazyPay account against the transaction Id TXN[protected].
Regarding limit we understand your concern and would like to inform you that we've our algorithms in place to determine the credit limit to be availed by our users. We'd suggest you to keep transacting on our partnered merchants and this might increase your chances of availing a credit limit.
