I never received any reply from Lazypay and didn't get any ticket number/ID. I have attached the transaction ID of the order for reference which I have attached. Here is the refund details for reference below:

I got these from Flipkart and they told that I should get the refund from Lazypay with these details. The refund was processed on January 6, 2022.
I sent email to [protected]@lazypay.in as well but I didn't get any response from Mr. Akash Wash from Grievance. I am now planning to send an email to Mr. Vishal Gupta with all the details.
