LazyPay — reg: I was charged without the order being processed

I was trying to make an order on my swiggy app and tried making the payment through lazypay, while making the payment i got an error on swiggy and the order didn't get processed, but i was charged. I tried re-ordering and the same thing happened again and i was charged again. I tried contacting the support but they are not responding properly. The incident happened on 23rd april
