LazyPay — Regarding payment issue

I have already paid payment for the courier sent from dunzo on 21st jan 2022. Kindly find attachment below and same has been shared on lazypay whatsApp business account. But, still your team calling to do payment again an again. Why should i pat without any service opting. Kindly check the below attachments an update your records and inform your team to irritating me.
