LazyPay — they charged me 295, but didn't pay the merchant the money

They charged me 295 but didn't pay the same to the merchant. So my order was not placed. And iam trying to call them for like a week and they are not responding. It's a very bad gesture. They have very poor customer service. This has happened so many times. And they charge when we don't pay within the stipulated time. But when we call they don't answer.

I have submitted alla document on 28/9/2018 I will apply kyc document what is my kyc status.

I once used lazypay to recahrge my internet provider. Next month i recharged using someother service. I keep getting calls from Lazypay for the amount recharged. I didnt even choose lazy pay for continuous subscription. How can they demand and make annoying calls
