LazyPay — wrong lazypay bill

On the 31st march the pending was 1627 and now after 3 days the bill have increased by 900 to 2600 even though the account is blocked. If the account is blocked then no transaction is taking place. Where did this charge even from?
Even doing total of the transaction list isn't adding to this. Please fix this issue as i'm getting no response from the customer care.
