I have availed loan for 20, 000 and 3month tenure. Since the pay button doesn't work in lazypay app and link was shared by lazypay team to pay the first month (April'22)emi with penalty. The second month also I faced the same issue in the pay button and no proper resolution on that app issue from lazypay but somehow and repeated tries, I have managed to pay through the app but it was not reflected in lazypay. I have verified with my source bank and confirmed that transaction was successful. The third emi I have done imps as per the lazypay team suggestion on June 3rd.
On same june 3rd I have received refund of emi amount which I paid for my second month May emi. I am really not sure why you have refunded it and instead of settling against my due.
Later with your debt collecting teams suggestion, I have returned back the refunded amount back to you through imps again on June 15th.
But later I could see only the May month due was cleared and June due was kept overdue till 10/07/2022. After multiple followups, I haven't received any solution on clearing the invalid overdue from your end. I have escalated to l2 and l3 as well in mail but no response. So I decided to pay the invalid overdue again with the increased penalty and paid on 10/07/2022.
I have lost money with you because of your irresponse. Please refund either the amount I done through imps on 15th June or refund the amount I paid today with added penalty. And importantly clear my invalid overdue from your end.thanks
