They ask u to remove complaints for refund. But after removing they postpond the date of refund.
And finally they will say 'this year vacation over, next year we start with new company name, you post ur complaint again, refund is not possible and don't call again'.

I heard from my friends too, also got it verified by calling couple of their customers.


All the comments posted above is true to my knowledge & belief.


Generally, all vacation clubs are fake and the promises they would give at the sign-up is not the one they deliver to the customers.


I too planned wise, rather spending high price and looking for accommodation in tourist places i approached these clubs, as mentioned above they keep changing their words, and constantly insisting to pay for the amount first to describe the value adds.


This itself has proved they cant provide the service as promises, as they are not able to stick to the words.
