Lenevo — Pcb replaced and software is not updating automatically

I had purchased the lenevo zuk z1 mobile through online in the month of june 2016. I was facing problems like over heating, restarting, calls are disconnecting, etc., within 3 months of purchase. Somehow i was managing with that and i thought of visit the service center, as it was under warranty, i visited the indira nagar service center, bangalore, they replaced the motherboard/ pcb in the month of 7th november 2016 and its worked fine for somedays and the problem again with same and other problem, again i visited ther service center they said it's a software problem and it needs to be updated. Again few days it's worked and same problem again visited the service centre. Same they told as before, software problem. It happened almost 5 times after replacing pcb. On april 14 th we been to service centre and the same reply from them as before software needs to updated. Same day evening, problem with mobile becomes more. And i called technical support team to know the reason for this kind of problem what i had with the mobile. They said this is not a model no of zuk, as model with imei no is showing a2020 which is lower end and they asked me to visit the service centre in call to technical team. I went immediately leaving all my work n checked with service centre people. They said it's problem with the service centre engineers team. Then i questioned them regarding the software problem which i came over hear for updating for last 4-5 times. For that service desk girl told software agreement is closed with this particular model where you have to visit the service centre for update. But the problem what i faced is everytime wn i updated software i loose all my data, sms, what's up, all the apps needs to be reinstalled and works like a new mobile, with out any data. It consumes most of my money, data, time, visiting service center n updating apps. Loosing data. I requested service centre to be change the model no and give replacement mobile. They asked me to wait for this many days n refused to give the replacement. I had gone to police station also where i did not get any support them. Till now the mobile is at service centre.

Hereby i request pls help me with replacement mobile or reimburse the cost of mobile value.
