Lenova — Laptop

I have purchased the laptop in the year 2015. It was a new laptop launched in Market. On the same year I faced several issue related to laptop and on the same year I visited the service centre they told me it is an issue with the Keyboard and no other issue. It was in guarantee period they have replaced the same. Due to working professional I get less time to use my personal laptop. In the year 2016 again I faced the same issue. This time again service centre told me issue is with the keyboard. I have the argument with the service centre, Lenova and Wipro that how come again the same problem. They taught me about the technicality I was not agreeing with the point. Then at last I said go ahead with the replacement. When my laptop was prepared they called me to take my laptop but due to demoralisation I don't have money so I visited the service centre late. When I was collecting my laptop and when I opened my laptop its was not getting on. Even they unable to find an issue. They said please keep your laptop we will again diagnose and will call you with an issue. Next day they called me and said it was an issue with the motherboard it required repair then again they told if will not get repaired as it got damaged. so required replacement. It will cost around 30 above approx. which its more then laptop cost. Escalated several times to lenova and explained that due to service centre negligence I am facing the issue. I am not the one who have knowledge about technicality. My laptop was kept in service centre how come it got damaged. I required urgent help as they have cheated us.
