Lenova — Refund of purchase of Lenovo P2a42

Sir /Madam this is in continuation of my earlier complaint made on 5/04/2017 to you.
I purchased a lenova P2a42on line from flipkart on 13/01/2017 with order ID OD[protected] for Rs 16199/-.Now within two and a half months time the phone is nwo under repair. I gave it for repair at Bangalore Lenova exclusive service center in Rajajinagar on 1/04/2017. They told it is only a software problem and will be repaired and given on 3/04/2017 forenoon.

Now its is already 23/04/2017 and there are making me to run to their service center every alternate day and telling another two days and so on . now they are telling that the mother board has to be replaced and it needs another 15 days time. Idont know what to do.They also take Minimum 3 to 4 hours time a accept a phone or repair. As it is a new phone and wihin warranty period i request you to get me the refund to me and take back the mobile.
