[Resolved] Lenovo — 3 times Replaced defect components in warranty Period and Delaying Further Support | |||
My Name is Lok Pavan, I bought Lenovo K900 last year from flipkart, after using it for 6 months i found white bright pixels appearing on phone display. I contacted Lenovo Support center in Hyderabad and gave the mobile to change the display( In Warranty). After one month they replaced the display, after using it for not even one day again i found same problem on display. Again i approached them, again they raised a new request for display and gave a new Job Card. After 1 month i got a call from them to collect the replaced display mobile. i went there to collect my mobile but there again i found the same problem and shouted on them. requested lenovo midhcare and some of the higher officials in lenovo support for proper resolution for this but they delaying and dragging this for past two months. The Warranty of my mobile will be lapsed in coming month. Was this information helpful? | |||
