Lenovo — A6000 plus-not charging

I ordered this in flipkart in may, 2015.

It worked well but the charging port has issues from the begining being very loose.

Now it became a dumb thing
not at all charging the port became loose

at odd times it's charging at a rate of 10% per 5 or 6 hours.
