Lenovo a6000 plus — Touchpad not working

Dear Sir, I have purchased Lenovo A6000 plus through flipkart four months ago. Touchpad has stopped working. I have submitted the phone to your service Centre at Wireless Communication, Kolkata 700054. It is now 14 days the phone has not been corrected. Nor am I able to contact them over phone, as their phone is always engaged. Work order no.GWT/LO/15/00451 dt.9/10/15 Pl arrange refund at the earliest. Thanking you, Laltoo Kar.
