I had purchased a lenovo notebook S 20-30 series from HARIOM RETAIL PVT LTD (M2k), 172-175, F.F AGGARWAL CITY PLAZA, PLOT NO 17, SEC-03, ROHINI DELHI 110085, TIN: [protected] on 16th April, 2015 and it developed a technical fault on 27th May, 2015 .When i approached Hari Om Retail Pvt Ltd with my Lenovo notebook the sales person over there gave me a number [protected] and intimated me that after calling on this number the company person will come to my home to rectify the error in the notebook but to my surprise when i called on the same number i was told that i have to come to Janakpuri service centre to get the product rectified .I again approached Hariom Retail Pvt Ltd with the same information then the sales person over there informed me that in any case i have to go to Janakpuri Centre and they are not accountable for it and they are concerned only with sales only and not after sale service I fail to understand why the customer is not informed about these conditions at the time of purchase of the product and even after that the customer is misguided by saying that company personnel will visit my house to rectify the defect .Although now the notebook has been taken by them for rectification after a long argument
Also i would like to mention that i was not informed about this particular condition of after sale service at the time of purchase and even it is mentioned in the receipt also.I would like to mention very strongly that the customer dealing of Hariom Retail Pvt Ltd is not conducive to the customer and they believe in misguiding the customer.I expect a quick and speedy redressal to my complaint
