    I had first raised this ticket on 07th Oct. 2022. The first technician assigned to me was unaware of how to open the pc, so he scheduled another technician to assist me. The new technician ran diagnostics, updated my PC. Replaced the motherboard and the speaker and updated drivers. The speakers still did not work and had NO sound at all. At which point technician instructed me to re-update my PC. The following day after updating, the speaker still remained FULLY non functional but my Issue was shown as "resolved" on the issues tracking website.
    I have made multiple attempts to contact lenovo support.
    They have not responded or assisted me in how to proceed with this situation. My PC is well within the warranty period.
    Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Purchased legion 5i pro laptop from Lenovo's official website on 22nd sept and delivered on 24th sept but the cashback against offer 10% upto 5000 has not been credited yet.

      According to their terms it should be credited within 30days from the order delivery date but still got nothing.

        Not refunding money - laptop

        Purchased legion 5i pro gen 7 on 22 sept and due to some issue raised complaint on 25th sept. Lenovo took almost 14 days to acknowledge that and sent an executive to seal the machine on 8th oct.

        They again delayed and issued me the DOA certificate after 7 days (on 15th Oct) after I followed up multiple times.

        An executive from lenovo - Asif mentioned on 17th Oct that they have processed the return pickup and...

        First, I would like to inform you that I booked an AppleM1 laptop by paying 2000 tokens money to Croma (infinity Mall Malad West) concerned person is Mr. Rahul Jadhav (Croma Employee-Mob[protected]. But when I reached to store at that time H.P. salesman and Lenovo shows me their product and Mr. Pawan (Lenovo salesman Mob-[protected]) asked me sir what is your work. I said that I want a good laptop for YouTube video editing and online class that’s why I already booked Apple M1 but if you have any better option just show me. And he showed me this Lenovo yoga6, and he said that this laptop has 16GB RAM with a touch screen, after all, conversations I make a final decision to drop Apple and buy Lenovo as per its good features, but at this point, I took the wrong decision because after purchase from day 1 this laptop not giving a performance like 16GB RAM, it working like 4 GB RAM. After that, I started to raise the ticket on Lenovo vintage below are the details of the ticket. And this ticket is some off them not for the whole issue.

        Even I personally 2 times visited the Croma store and inform them that this laptop is not good for editing as you promised me that it has 16GB RAM and Apple has only 8GB RAM but this 16GB RAM laptop works like a 4 GB laptop. I personally request Croma store Manager but she said I can’t change or replace this device until Lenovo give me a Written letter that this Laptop has to issue. But a Lenovo technician personally visited my home and he found that the laptop not performing as per 16GB RAM, its whole CPU was consumed with a single software, and the rendering time was also very slow like a Bullock cart.

        1- First camera drive installed by Lenovo team after purchase (ticket available on Lenovo vintage)
        2- Cursor auto flickering and now showing on the screen. (Have video)
        3- Taskbar auto flickering (have video)
        4- Brower hang (have video)
        5- the Hindi language automatically changes from English (two videos available)
        6- 16GB RAM not supporting well a single editing software (Camtasia) Registered software. (Already mentioned in Lenovo engineer Report) video available
        7- Video production and rendering are very slow not meeting 16GB RAM speed and performance, rending speed is like 4GB RAM. (Already mentioned in Lenovo engineer Report)
        8- Not opening files as quickly as it should be (16GB RAM). (Already mentioned in Lenovo engineer Report)
        9- CPU consumed 100% while rendering video. (Video available)
        10- Touch screen not working well (video available)
        11- This Laptop don’t have any physical or application issue, laptop is not compatible with editing purposes also I think this is defected laptop that giving issue time to time not with a fix time. Mostly issue error while I used this laptop for surfing browsing or editing,
        12- This laptop smoothness is like a 4 GB laptop.

        I have a humble request to return this laptop ASAP otherwise I will raise a case against Lenovo to misguide and against Croma for harassing me. (Because Croma duty manager said to me that if you have an issue, we will send a technician I said to him thus I bought this laptop for maintenance, or only I have this work to raise daily a ticket. I purchased this laptop to avoid work interruption,
        I have to say many things especially, (the store manager's attitude is not good not giving time to the customer, especially critical issues/duty manager have to learn more especially how to talk with customer/ salesman should not have to misguide customer for only selling their own brand.)
        Note-Apart from Doctor I also worked as Assistant General Manager of Hyper Panda (KSA's biggest shopping mall) and play many roles so I am also well aware of the roles of store manager/duty manager/floor manager/supervisor/salesman/stocker etc. from front end to back end all rules I know because I operate a shopping mall in Saudi Arabia. So, the team first has to know what I have to talk about and with whom.

        Rapid Questions. Action that could be taken by me and my Lawyer. (Consumer Court, Edakhil)
        1. Why a customer prefers to buy a new laptop compare to old one?
        2. Why we buy high-cost laptop compare to low-cost laptop?
        3. Does it’s good that laptop giving the issue from day 1?
        4. Does it’s good to start creating the service request withing 2-3 months?
        5. Does it’s good to Lenovo technician comes to your home and disturb your work for a day?
        6. Does it’s good Lenovo team connect to my PC and taking my time within 2-3 month from purchase.
        7. How can I avoid this issue?
        8. Why they are misguiding the customer, I already booked Apple M1 but they converted from Apple to Lenovo that’s not good?
        9. Does it’s good to get a garbage laptop after investing 75K?
        10. Does it’s good that duty manage said that we will send the technician to your address for maintenance, so I have question does I have purchased this laptop for everyday repair? Even within 3-4 months o[censored]se?
        11. Big issue started coming within 2-3 month like touch screen not working so how can we manage it after 1-2 years o[censored]se. I think 🤔 it will be scrap?
        12. Being a doctor does it good for me to go here and there raise the ticket after investing 75K.
        13. I invest 75K to get relax for some years not for always disturbance.
        14. During the purchase they are only saying their product pros and not exposing their cons.
        15. How can they say this laptop will work more better than Apple because Apple M1 has 8GB and Lenovo has 16GB?
        16. Why they clearly not said that this is good for office work not for editing purposes while I said to them, I come to purchase a good laptop for online teaching and YouTube videos editing.
        17. At that time, they are only praising’s for their product now they are not telling a lie and not accepting that they misguided me.
        18. A legal action will take place first Lenovo salesman and second Croma store manager.
        19. Lenovo sales person for misguiding and Croma store Manager for not supporting the customer and harassing the customer and no proper call and message about the case.
        20. Legal action against taking more time and avoiding me to get more and more so that i can drop the complaint. Due to harassment and go here and there.
        21. Visited 2 times store no proper complaint form given to me about my case. Even just said we are following that’s it.
        22. Second time just open the case at Oct 15th 2022 3:42 PM and closed Oct 15th 2022 3:53 with fake remark issue resolved, prove me how you solved my issue within 11 minutes?
        23. When I raise the ticket with Croma always closed without resolution? I have screen shot.
        24. I created many tickets and always ticket closed that you have to visit the store, while I am a premier customer and it’s Lenovo and Croma responsibly to visit my address for any issue.

            It's about Lenovo ligion Y-540 series laptop I mentioned the model no. above. Actually they made this series with manufacturing hardware defects in motherboard and they discontinued the Y series laptop after sometime.
            I had this issue that charger stopped working but my laptop was in warranty period so company provided me another charger but then after few weeks it stopped working and so on this thing happened 3 times.
            I read about it on lenovo communities that mostly every user who owns it having same issue. Charger of this particular series is priced between 8, 000 INR to 10, 000 INR
            I am in very much problem because of this.
            Everytime I can not buy a charger and new laptop I can not afford.
            This is shameful company like lenovo did such scam with users with there legion Y series laptop users and I want to claim my rights.
            No one should be allowed to do such frauds
            They don't even give support regarding this product

              I had purchased Lenovo Ideapad Laptop (81WB0193IN) on 27/08/2022 from reliance digital in Ahmedabad. I have been using the laptop since then. Recently I faced an issue where the laptop was unable to start; it was going into boot mode. We faced this issue during our 2nd month of this laptop. So, we gave the laptop for repair to the nearest service centre (Name of centre) which is almost 10kms from our home and it took 3 days for repair. After using it for 1 day we again faced the same issue, and gave the laptop for repair to the same service center. It has been 3 days and still the issue is not resolved. It has been only 2 months of buying this laptop and we already have visited your service center twice and I have lost my 1 week of productive time because o[censored]navailability of laptop.

              I am lodging this complaint so that you either fix this issue permanently or provide us with replacement, as I do not have time to visit your service center frequently.

              Lenovo is supposed to be a big brand and so far my experience with your product has not been very good, and the frequent visits to your service center and frequent follow-ups regarding my laptop has not been very pleasing and caused great discomfort to me as I had to visit your service center multiple times on a working day for the same issue.

              Kindly look into my grievance urgently and provide me with the solution.

              I have attached the service receipts along with this complaint.

                I am facing such issues since the day I bought the laptop have complained several times but none of them have been able to resolve the issues. My last complain no, were[protected] and even after that I am facing the issue. I have been told that (after last complain solver if matter does not resolved you can use this number as a referral to submit the complaint form again

                        I have bought lenovo IdeaPad 5i on the year 2020 but I wasn't using it frequently. But when I started using it frequently the hinges got broken within 6 months.It's not the only case with me, I have done some research and found that many other users faced the same issue. We are paying a lot for these gadgets and what we are getting this cheap build quality. I'm very much dissatisfied with lenovo. I will never buy any lenovo product again nor do will recommend anybody for it. Very shameful. These companies are cheating customer by selling cheap product at high price.

                          Dear Team,

                          This is with reference to the complaint made online on 10/05/2022 and the allotment of CCI M/s CTDI Shree Krishna Computers, Jaipur vides Lenovo case: [protected] for the Product Laptop with unit serial no. PG01Q3B6 purchased in the name of Ananad Maternity Hospital in November 2019.

                          The same was taken to Shree Krishna CComputers, Shop No. 308, 309, 3rd Floor, Silver Square Mall, Bhagwant das Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001 With Contact Name Mr. Ravinder Saini and Mobile no. [protected].

                          After seeing the Laptop the person of the service center has taken Rs. 885.00 as diagnosis charges and said the charging port has got damaged and they have to replace it .He also communicated that he will handover the laptop back next day i.e. on 11/05/2022 after repair. He has also communicated that the charges for changing the charging slot will be around Rs. 3000/- However when we went to collect the laptop the system did not booted and he said that they have to check it again as what they repaired does not work.

                          Then on that day onward we were continuously following them but they were postponing the delivery of the Laptop. In between they also communicated that the data can not be restored from the SSD card. When I argued with him he agreed to do the saving of my data and also informed me that it can be collected on 29th June. When I called him back on 30th morning to collect the laptop he conveyed that the laptop was not ready and would take another 5-6 hours. When I asked that you had confirmed the delivery on 29th June only then why you did not get it done. I also said that this laptop has been lying with you for the last 45 days and you are not able to repair it. Then he misbehaved with me and said that he will clear all the data in the laptop and whomever you want to complain you complain. So then I took a cool and asked him when he should be able to give the laptop. After that he said that in the evening it can be collected after their confirmation. When they confirmed I went to collect the laptop, it was my surprise that laptop was not repaired properly and he said that its charging IC is not working so they have disconnected the battery portion and the laptop can work only with direct charging and told me that you need to replace the complete motherboard as chip is embedded on it. Moreover my issue was different and I feel that the Motherboard has got damaged while repairing as the repairing person told me that he had tried so many options by changing multiple IC’s and delayed in delivering my laptop.

                          As Lenovo is a renowned brand and one of the leading manufacturers of laptops so I didn’t expect this kind of pathetic behavior from them and rather than solving my issue they have created a new motherboard related issue which did not occur earlier and which occurred due to your service centre experiments of replacing different ICs.

                          As I had got fed-up I asked him to give me back the laptop and told to escalate it to Lenovo. This was also to my surprise that the laptop was also not working with a direct charger and getting off again and again.

                          Pl. note that the laptop is under warranty (with extended warranty) till November 2022 and still I am not able to get this repaired.

                          So I request you to resolve my issue and if it's a manufacturing defect then replace my laptop completely with the new one or if it's damaged by your service centre technician then immediately resolve it at your end.

                              This side Ashutosh Kumar your customer, i am very unhappy to say that i did not except from your side this kind of delay,

                              i buyed a gaming 3 laptop serial no : MP237TGT from offline store MSM durgakund on 1 st of August 2022 after using it for a while
                              next day i came to know the laptop i got is defected so on 3rd of August 2022 i gave it to store they said it will be replaced within 10 days, after these days the store employee didn't entertain me they keeps on saying its not in their hand they said come after 2 days it will be given to you
                              But it's been more than 31 days since I did not receive the DAO Letter.

                              i was a regular customer of yours but this delay makes me in mental harassment my money and time both are invested in it,

                                Regarding the cashback offer

                                I had purchased a Legion 5i 39.62cms - Phantom Black laptop Lenovo CEPP store on June 23rd 2022 at 3:00 P.M.                                 Hello There,

                                I received Laptop IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 Laptop - Type 82S9 on 27th August 2022. Since then i have registered complaint against this product, but there is no solution.

                                I have spoken to more than 4 Premium care technical specialist, but none of them are able to resolve the issues which i have raised.

                                The issues are as follows;

                                1. My processor is supposed to be Intel core i7 (E core upto 3.5Ghz and P core upto 4.7 Ghz) However, when I check in the system information, it doesnt show me this. It shows me "Intel core i7 Processor (2.3Ghz) ..Please explain this why?

                                2. Since i have started using this laptop (Last week Saturday), the Nvidia GEForce RTX graphic card is not detectable. I took help from your customer service more than four times but no one was able to help and provide me with the solution.

                                3. While purchasing it I was assured that the battery life will be good as it is mentioned up to 7 hours. However, the fully charged battery doesn't last more than 2.30 hours while taking online live classes. I feel cheated by your sales representative (Name : Saranya), as i asked her when i read a bad review about the battery life of this laptop. She told me " Ignore the review, it will have good battery life" these were the exact words.

                                Today I called twice to the premium care specialist and both the time, they were silent while i am on call and then disconnected. i have no choice but to write here.
