Hello, I bought lenovo y510 last year. Soon after using it for about 2-3 months the screen malfunctioned. The colors weren't the actual one and there was something wrong with the keyboard as well. I went to my nearest lenovo dealer and after a month i got my laptop back, however. I don't know what's wrong but when i closely looked into my laptop i was able to see scratches everywhere. I mean what's that now?? I am really upset. Why did the guys working in lenovo service centre didn't handle my product with care?? This is really wrong. I need answer from Lenovo!!

    One no of laptop [ Flex 10 UB03070101 ] was purchased from M/s. EMART FOR YOU PVT LTD, Bhubaneswar on 1.11.2014 has been found dead on 6.1.2015. On contact over toll free no I was advised to contact the service provider at Bhubaneswar which is 120 KM away from my residence. Now this has been handed over to the service provider Lenovo, Bhubaneswar. Requested for quick replacement with a new set to avoid dislocation of works. Thanking you.       This is inform to that I have purchased new laptop from Lenovo store (Hot Showroom ) at Nehru Place on dated 12 November 2014. My laptop was suddenly stopped Working on 24th December 2014 night. So I went to the lenovo service center on dated 25th December for repairing it where I found that my laptop got powering off problem. so the guy present there he told me that he will inform you tomorrow after understanding actual problem but he did not inform to me. so next day morning i.e 27th December 2014, again i visited lenevo service center then the Guy present there, his name is Anil told me that my laptop got motherboard problem & told me that your laptop will fine on Wednesday i.e 31st December. so once again i called there to know the status of my laptop on 2 January 2015. and he told me that he send request of the new motherboard & it will come on 10 jan 2014. so finally i again went there on 10 January with this hope that now my laptop will be fine. but Anil agained denied for my laptop. he said, you please come on Monday i.e 12 January 2014 because just now we received new motherboard .so you come on Monday. so i went there today (Monday) for my laptop then Anil told me that which motherboard we have received, its defected. i am facing problem last one month & my working is also hampering . This is not fair ... i want new laptop .. kindly provide me new laptop asap. plz solve the problem

        I sincerely request to all who wish to buy lenovo product, please DONT EVEN TRY TO BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT. I suffered a lot from there product such as laptop as well as smart phone. I bought laptop from lenovo, after 4-5 months laptop giving continuously trouble, since last 3 months they replace almost all parts i.e. Display, mother board etc but still laptop giving same problem. Customer service is one of the most worse service i ever cam across after Airtel. This stupid fellow doesn't fallow any professional ethics and even they don't believe in customer satisfaction as they are in India. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT.

          My laptop S/N : YB04541165 was broken on 15 DEC . I submitted my service request to lenovo support and i was given service number : [protected]. I was told that the parts are not available so it will take one week and then engineer would contact me . Every time contacted with coustmer care executives they said it will take maximum two or three days . On 31 st DEC I again contacted with lenovo care and they said engineer will come to my place before 3rd Jan but he did not come. Then I was again told to file a new request . I again requested and got a new service number [protected]. Today is 9th Jan and I have not got the service yet as they are saying it will take some more days . I am not able to use my laptop as its broken . Please kindly do the helpful .

              Dear Team, The phone I purchased was faulty from start. Now I have given it back to their service centre in raipur as I received an email from Lenovo to return the handset so that they can process the refund. I submitted the handset to their service centre on 12th Dec & now its over 1 month & no reply from Lenovo. There is no telephone number. All I can do is email & in that email they are just replying thar we will refund you soon...its over a monbth now. I request you to look into this issue & help me fight this back. Below is the original email I sent to Lonovo to express my discomfort with their product. Thanks, Hemang Patel [protected]@gmail.com I had purchased Lennovo P780 in April 2014 from Relience Digital, Raipur, Chhatisgarh. Its been just over 6 month now & I had to submit the phone to your service center 'IT Care', Raipur for 3 times now. Ongoing issue are: 1. Network issue: Phone leaves network automatically 2. Data connection is automatically switched off 3. One point of time its was just automatically switched off Clearly there is issue with this handset & service people have already changed the mother board twice. Currently phone is with service station, IMEI/SN no. [protected] for over 20 days now. (SRIN[protected] & there are awaiting parts from your delhi office for the faulty product. I am tired of going to your service station, which is over 5 km from my resident. I have been very patient on this issue. You know that the product is faulty, I request you to issue me new phone as it is embarrassing to have spent over 16000 rs on the handset, which has hardly worked from time of its purchased.                 I had purchased Laptop Z[protected] on 14 Dec 2014 from NoteBook Hub, Pune. Within 1 week I found following issues with 1. Machine shutdown automatically with out any warning and random. 2. Screen gets fluctuate as given in attached screen shoot. After this only one option remaining is hard boot the system. 3. Machine has very slow performance that P4 machine. For same I called Lenovo customer care for same. After follow up also issue was not resolved so I ask for replacement of faulty laptop. After this they logged complaint created SO for verification of issue and asked me to submit report given by engineer and purchase invoice. Now Lenovo team saying that as I raised complaint after 14 days so they cant replace this laptop. Ask me to replace the faulty parts. But why lenovo providing such faulty laptops without any testing. Even while purchase no one told about replacement policy.

                    REFUSAL TO REFUND MONEY BY FLIPKART FOR A OUT OF BOX DEFECTIVE MOBILE HANDSET

                    SIR/MADAM, I recieved lenevo vibe z2 pro mobile on 5-1-2015 evening, the handset failed to power on..after several attempts suddenly turned on ..but started heating up excessively upon opening some apps, camera shooting etc to the extent that could not be held in hand..and hanging in between the usage and shutting off and restarting by itself..immediately next day morning i complained to flipkart...and after a long wait i recieved a call...

                    I had purchased Lenovo S 850 White from Telephone Shoppee, Pune on 31/08/2014. The mobile has Network issue from day one due to which I was not able to make or receive calls even with full network. I used to reboot and it used to start again and the same problem would be repeated. Until and unless somebody trying to reach me would inform me that my mobile is not available or is switched off after which I have submitted the mobile at the Lenovo Service Center at Fourtech Computers, Pune. It’s been 42 days now and they say the problem is with the hardware (motherboard) and they do not have the stock of the same and might come in next week. As the mobile has problem from day one, kindly replace it with a new one and look into the issue ASAP.

                      I purchased Lenovo smart phone A536 in the month of September 2014 through your online shop. The product was delayed for about 20days. On tracking the product on your website, it was informed that product was first called back from Delhi to Mumbai, when I asked for reason of calling back product; your officer from Mumbai informed that defective product was shipped. Then after 10 days I received product. I think defective set was again delivered to me. From very beginning product’s WIFI was not working. Yesterday I got chance from my busy schedule to visit your service center and today they informed me that board of phone is to be replaced and it will take about 7 days. I want know why company is selling defective sets? Why should I wait for repair? Why defective set was delivered? Why set will not be swapped with new hand set? Wants Lenovo's answer on following points: You have not replied all the concerns raised in the trailing. Why replacement of set is not possible ? This set was defective from very first day ? The battery backup is very low? I am without phone since last 9 days ? What is my fault? Why have not you checked before selling this defective set? I need replacement with new set? I have been cheated and who will compensate me for my all this trouble without my fault

                        Hi, The reason why I am writing this complaint is.. I had purchased a Lenovo G50-70 Laptop for Diwali and at the time of purchase there was an offer wherein I was supposed to get an extended warranty and a power bank free after paying 1099 which I did. The extended warranty got updated in 2 month wherein it was supposed to be updated in a month which was fine I waited. Now I have still not received my Power Bank wherein it was supposed to be delivered in 14 days of my payment. Now it’s been the 3rd month that i am waiting for it. Many times I have called the contact centre they give me a number to call ([protected]) and whenever I call this number all they say is that it is not in stock and they give me certain date to call back and when I call back at that given date I again get the same response that it’s still not in stock. I have emailed a several times ([protected]@lenovopromo.net) but the company is so unworthy and unprofessional to reply back to my emails or least bothered to keep me updated about the delay. The ticket Number for the offer is 21984. Please look in to the issue as the company is just fooling the customers.

                          Purchased my Lenovo A516 with lot of excitement through Flipkart in the month of June 2015. To my surprise it went completely dead in November all of a sudden. Went to service center in Pune they said motherboard issue will need to be replaced, asked for 10 days. Approached them after 10 days and realised that they have not done anything and neither they are interested in doing anything for that. Then approached the customer care as well as written mails to service executive director Mr Sudipto Ghosh. He promptly replies to the mail but never taken an action against the service center. I do not know what kind of business policy Lenovo follows wherein they just believe in selling but not on customer satisfaction. Today is 5th of Jan and I am still without my phone managing with a very basic old phone and facing a lot of difficulties. With several follow ups nothing seems to be working.

Days In Delay : 17 Days ( 408 Hours From The Date Of Complaint) 03. Finally The Engineer Came With A Motherboard And Installed That In Front Of Me. Then When He Push The Power Button There Is A Issue Regarding Operating System. He Told You I.E. Me Have To Bring The Disk From Customer Care I.E. Talking From Lenovo Support Team They Will Send You Your Computer Disk With No Amount. The Engineer Name Is Mr. Lenovo Bharat And His Contact No Is. [protected] After Informing That To Me He Went Away Giving Me The Job Sheet Copy And Have Taken The Signature. When I Again Talked To Lenovo Support Team [protected] They Given Me A New Shock Telling That They Will Not Provide Me Such Disk. 04. Finally There Is A Call In The Evening From Lenovo Asking Me That Weather My Case Is Resolved Or Not. I Told The Full Matter To Them. They Told Me To Install Windows And After That They Will Take My Laptop On Remote Connection. I somehow manage to installed the operating system. This Remote Connection Has Been Taken for The First Day He Have Done All The Necessary Steps To Resolve My Problem. Second Day Again He Have Taken The Laptop On Remote And After Many Hours Of Checking And Troubleshooting Finally He Concluded That My Touch Screen Is Faulty. They will change the touch screen, and after placing a new touch screen i will be able to use the touch. After placing a new touch, after doing all necessary steps its still the same. Date Of Complaint : December 1 2014 5:28 PM Engineer Visited : December 26 2014 04:08 PM Days In Delay : 26 Days ( 624 Hours From The Date Of Complaint) 05. And Now Finally After Putting A New Touch Screen, Doing All Necessary Steps To Make The Laptop Working In A Fine Condition, The Touch Is Still Not Working. THIS TIME I AM VERY MUCH SERIOUS ABOUT THE MATTER, I WANT A NEW DOA . totally not satisfied from the type of services provided to me all the time, after giving me commitment of days and time again and again there is a no such service.  I have called several time on 24th December 2014. talked to Mr. Sameer Kale ([protected]), Mr. Vishnu, and Same time To Raipur team at that day I got a response from their side that the on 26th December 2014. Up to 11 or 11.30 am Engineer will be on my place. I had a call from Miss. Neelam in the evening that same day, She committed that our engineer will be on your place in the Morning 11 or by 11.60 and will fix the issue.  Today after calling again and again from morning to evening, waiting for the engineer to come on my place, I finally met an engineer who came at evening late at 04:08 PM. Still no solution i got from him too. Last time motherboard was replaced in my laptop, This time Display has been replaced, There is a remaining two item left please don't give me new excuse this time that "Sir, this time We going to Change your Hard drive May be your Touch will work, "After that, Oh! sir finally Ram, you have to again lodge a complaint regarding your "Ram", This process will continue again and again and I have to waste my time again and again resolving the issue.. Since from the day of purchase most probably 15 to 20 days I have worked on it, rest all the day It Is Suffering From Some Or The Other Problem And Still It's A Scrap For Me With No Use. Sir try to understand the problem, My laptop has been opened again and again all the screws and the scratches will take place on opening again and again my laptop. This time, I only need is new laptop from your side and I don't want any excuse regarding the issue.

Since from the day of purchase most probably 15 to 20 days I have worked on it, rest all the day It Is Suffering From Some Or The Other Problem And Still It's A Scrap For Me With No Use. Sir try to understand the problem, My laptop has been opened again and again all the screws and the scratches will take place on opening again and again my laptop. This time, I only need is new laptop from your side and I don't want any excuse regarding the issue. Lenovo laptop FLEX 10. case status after 24th of december 2014 to 01st Jaunary 2015  On 24th of December 2014, an enginner came from sysnet team named Mr. Pandit, He done the replacement of LCD with a new ldc and told he will definitely fix the problem, when he put the new scren on and fixing the display in its right place, The problem wasn’t solve then also. I asked how long will it take to be alright he replied the display driver he will install and after that it will be fixed. For that I have given him the broadband connection, he downloaded the driver and after installing the driver the touch was not yet working.  I asked mr. Amit Pandit, what is the issue, He told Iam expalining the matter to my office and asking them what to do. Further he has given the laptop on remote control (remote login from lenovo or sysnet team I don’t know excalty) the remote team look at the laptop, they have done various settings and have done installation of software etc….but then also the touch screen on my laptop is not working. Finally in the end after doing all the needful steps he talked to his senior and informed me.  Mr. Rajesh Baghel he is the senior most employee of our organization (sysnet team), he will come tommorow regarding this issue, he told this is an urjent case so he will come tommorow, i.e, on the occasion of Christmas (25-12-2014). And his decision will be the final decision, He informed me that He is an expert in our team, and he will definalty fixed the issue.  Since morining I was little excited(25.12.2014), and was thinking that today Mr. Baghel will definitely fix the issue. Since morning 9 AM I was waiting for the enginer to arrive. But from morning to evening no phone call came to me, Not even a single call from “Mr. Rajesh Baghel nor Mr. Amit pandit Informing that we wont be coming today” On 26.12.2014 (Last time when Engineer Visited and Still no needful done) Only Excuses has been received from Lenovo Side. Finally the enginner came on 26th december 2014, Mr. Rajesh Baghel, He unscrewed the laptop, he opened it, checked all the hardware components weather its fixed properly or not, he have seen the touch screen cable and have checked the touch weather its fixed properly or not. Then after assembleing all the components, and have power on the laptop. After that also the touch screen is still not working. He told he need a broadband connection to check and install all the software part and drivers again. I have given him a net connection and from his side have done all various checkups of hardwadre and software. After checking my laptop by Mr. Rajesh baghel who is the head of sysnet team, the senior most employee, Mr. Expert, he gave me a shocking reply that, sir now your some of the keys from keypad is not woking, you need to replace keypad too. The reason for not woking of touch is there is a problem in your motherboard and the touch screen. Now finally My laptop suffers from three problem 01. Flex 10 motherboard. 02. Flex 10 Touch screen. 03. Flex 10 keypad. Then after that Mr. Rajesh Baghel Talked to Mr. Darmesh or Mr. Vishnu (Lenovo team) and informed him the whole matters that the customer’s laptop suffers from the above three problem. 01. Flex 10 motherboard. 02. Flex 10 Touch screen. 03. Flex 10 keypad. All the three items on my laptop are not working. Both Mr. Dharmesh and Mr. Rajesh baghel have communitation regarding my laptop and have given me a new excuse that sir, there is a problem in my operating system. I don’t know instead of telling me the right thing that there is a hardware problem, in the end telling me my operating system is not fine. I don’t know what to say them. I have been demaing a DOA regarding this issue again and again, but instead of provideing me a new laptop they will again and again telling me we will do something, on asking them which date. Which time, they again give me excuse that sir we will do after few days. I don’t know this few days is still going from last four months. And still the case is pending i.e. on 01st Jaunary 2015. Sir, I don’t want any further repairing in my new laptop, Lenovo team has opened it several times again and again for checking and trouble shooting. All the screws region and the side panel has gone loose by doning so. Now I only want is a New laptop.                                 Dear Sir, My complain about to Atlantis, Lenovo Service Centre, Vadodara, Gujarat-390007. My complains are following below, 1. There no given any delivery time for mobile given for service/repair. 2. Misbehavior with customers. ( for reference if possible then view CCTV record on 14/11/2014, 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm) 3. After delivery of repaired mobile not check the problem describe by customer . 4. Only mobile call communication accepted, not accepted with other communication facility like E-mail, Massages. 5. After repairing problems increases in mobile.( for ref. please find complain no. SRIN[protected] & SRIN[protected].) 6. Service provider behave like they are customer and we are service provider. 7. They say “ I am not manufacturer of your mobile(lenovo) so how can I solve your problem?” & “ please find another service centre, we can’t provide service of your mobile”. 8.                                 I have recently buy a lenovo a6000 plus through flipkart. after 2 months phone touch screen not working properly. so i am going to service center. he told me that touch screen of phone is replace by new touch screen.
                                firstly he said that he wants 7 days for repairing this but after 7 days he again said wait for 2-4 days but after these days he again touch screen is not provided by the company to service center. so what i can do

                                  Sir / Madam, I have purchased a Lenevo Idea product on 22/10/2014. My Lenevo model number is[protected]G-50) and serial number is YB04394170. I have registered for warranty Up-gradation, I have received warranty certificate soft copy, but till date i do not get power bank. I called to call center of Lenevo and they provided a number, i.e, [protected]. I spoke to them couple of weeks back. They informed that, they already shipped the powerbank. I asked for docket details, but they were not ready to share, even i did not receive any mail confirmation from theme about shipment. Now, when i called to them on Monday(22nd Dec 2014), they informed, they did not ship that material due to short address, that reason is very much vague. I asked them to ship it in my bangalore addaress, they promised to ship, but still they have failed to keep their promise. I am very unhappy about their unprofessional service. It is my request, kindly take this matter seriously.

                                      Mobile Division Subject:- Mother Board of Lenovo Mobile P-780 got defected on 15th of dec’14, need assistance. Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased Lenovo P-780 (IMEI1 No:[protected].) Few months back With very much of excitement and reading lots of reviews. Now I was getting the network problem issue with this mobile, when I walked to the service center of Lenovo on 15th of December, they said it is a mother board problem and it got defected and needs to be replaced and will take around 10 working days to fix the same. I have raised a complaint with ID Number (SRIN[protected] and Now I am without mobile for more than 10 days. This is totally harassment/ punishment for the person whose 80 percent of work dependent on it and you are losing your business and clients which are important for you. I think you are not bothering about customer satisfaction. I have also sent the complaint on the email address "[protected]@lenovo.com", which is still not addressed by any body.                                       I am having the very same problem and the company is making fool from december 2014 and now I am very much frustrated. i am having two other lenovo phones in my family with the same problem. We all are going to sue them in court for selling defaulty mobiles and even after repairing the problem exist. We have contacted to so may persons having same problem and they are joining us If you still have the same problem u can join us to drag these in court. They should be punished for this.
