I have purchased the Desktop PC in the month of Jun 2008 from ICON INTEGRATED SERVICES, JAIPUR.

I had lodged the complain two times at ICON and that hadbeen attented.

At present desktop is not opening after switched on the pc and geting start-stop until switched off.

Kindly arrange to set right the pc and give the contact no of customer care.

        I had applied for loan against a lenovo laptop and submitted papers at Croma to Bajaj Finance representative on 16.10.08.

        The person (Yadvendra) told me that he will inform the status on next day by 3pm.
        But at 4pm I made a call and get to know that my loan has not been granted and what I was told that it got rejected by CIVIL.

        I want to know the exact reason and nothing could be exactly explained to me. What a funny thing???/

          Battery Life

          i brought my laptop on july 2007 .My battery suddenly started reduced its backup after a few months.It reduced directly from 65% to 0%...thus turning it off without a warning.Yesterday, my battery has stoppped charging.It now works only on AC power. Wat to do ???...

          my web cam is not working.when i click to the lenovo easy capture it seems thats camera "initialitzaion faild, lenovo easy capture closed".i'm sure it is a hardware problem.becuse after seeing this problem i installed my camera driver it was installed smoothly, then i uninstall the camera softwre and reinstall it.but there was no change into that problem.my product model is 7757-42Q and the serial no is MA-7WYB7.pleas submit this coplain and give me my case id as soon as possible.

          lenovo y410 — free gift

          Dear sir,
          This mail is to inform you that I have applied for lenovo back pack in march maniya.
          In that you have asked to submit 250 rs draft for guranteed gift delevery.(redemption code A9A3677E556B )
          so i submitted all the document(bar code & bill & invoice etc) & draft of rs 250 at the given address by hand.
          I have called them up again and again regarding this.
          but even after passing this six month i havent got the back pack.
          by calling them i am getting the same reply again & again that we havent received the back pack yet.
          as i am got tired off calling them now. i dont hhave any other option then making a complain.
          so please look into the matter.
          and send your reply as soon as possible.

With reference to the advertisement, i got a conformation mail form lenovo, I also Installation K7 Antivirouse, change the CD Rom.But now Channel tech told me your claim has been rejected under Lenovo Diwali Double Deal Offer, due to Model no. does not match with the list provided on the promotion website.

          When I updated K7 Antivirous, Changed CD-ROM and Updated driver.that time they want also Model no?
          They do not any make argument But when i want gift, Channel tech.send me the mail?Your model no is not wrong?

          i had bought a y410 laptop in october 2008 and there was a diwali double deal offer that time. i was supposed to recieve items by 2nd week of january but then i got a phone call asyng the items will be dispatched by the end of january. the items have still not been recieved. please tell us the status and one final date by which we will get the items. or otherwise just tell us from where we can collect it and when. just tell us SOMETHING!!!

          Some times back my Lenovo 7761 / 4EQ. SR NO. MA -8V14A did not open at all. It happened when I came back from my 15 days trip in Dec.2008.I had complained at C.Care (# [protected]) in Jan.2009.           I bought a Lenovo Laptop Y410 in the month of June 2008. I rarely play disc. However, very recently a problem croped up with my DVD drive.It makes lot of cracking sound whenever I insert a disc. But then I can play a CD but cannot open and play DVD disc.           Lenevo Y410 model integrated webcam not working. It is always showing Webcam busy when you open easy capture.

But from one month ago I am facing a problem of a lwhite line is appeared on the screen. Here dealer is not at all listening to us. So we now bought new laptop of Dell from Ranchi.             My husband had bought a lenovo Y serise laptop with original Microsoft Vista as OS from S.A Infotech, Bhubaneswar about 1 years ago.Within one month of purches we found IE appchrase issue, we had lodge lots of complaints against it but they didnot respond to my complains.
            Today when i open my laptop its screen doesn't show anything. so We take laptop to the lenevo showroom they told us that we charge RS. 1600 to look into this and it may required Rs.8000 to Rs.9000 to fix the problem, so you first decide and collect the money then contact us. Is this the way the Lenevo treat their customer.Its only one year of buying a product worth Rs.45000 is like this .
            i am just feed up with this type of service.I feel we were cheated for buying this brand.

            I need you should think of it.Please help me in this regards.

            I bought Lenevo Laptop in the year May 2007, when i switched on my laptop today, a white line appeared across the entire screen. When i started searching about this problem, i understood that this is the major problem in most of Lenevo laptop, the only solution is to replace the LCD monitor

            Its hurting me lot, i bought a laptop for a Rs.63000, its still in new look, but it has not even served 3 years. when i contacted the lenevo service centre, they are asking Rs. 1600 for diagnosing + Replacement charges for the LCD. (= a new laptop cost)

            I am cheated for buying the Laptop Lenevo

              We bought a Lenovo Y410 SNO EB 07996709/MA9W56Z from Madurai -Vetra, on July9, 2008, hardly 45 days passed we noticed rusting of external parts, taken up the matter with Lenovo Bangalore service centre they mentioned there is no claim eligibility for rusting of parts.
              Also to mention that BLR service centre opened the lap top and noticed the rusting of parts inside too, having spent Rs40, 000 with in 2 months we are in this situation.
              Iam using lap top of different make since 2000 i never had this problem earlier. pl assist us.

                I am Pallavi. My father had purchased one lenovo laptop from SOFTNET INFOSYS PVT. LTD, PATNA, BIHAR on 09/01/2008. My lenovo laptop S/N is MA-8N05T and Model Name is 7757-54Q. Now, this laptop has very big sound problem. I am very desperate of this. More over what i had heard about the sound quality of the LENOVO LAPTOP is not upto the mark.when I contacted the shopkeeper, They said me the reason of VISTA OPERATING SYSTEM.
                Finally, till today i am not satisfied with its sound quality

                Now my stand is what's the use of LENOVO in comparision to others.
                I have all the receipts with me. I don't know whom to contact but I am sure if you people take up my request forward I surely get positive response from them. Please find the below details of Laptop

                  I am studying in NITIE, Mumbai at our Institute we have purchased near about 50 laptops of lenovo product.
                  But many of them are defective we have been cheated by this company...
                  Many o[censored]s facing lot of problem such as net connection, webcam is not working, somebodies touchpad is not working, speed of laptop is too low though having 3GB RAM and 1.83GHz, keyboards some keys not working, hard disk corrupted.
                  We many times had made phone calls to dealer names Tushar... Every time he is giving assurance that his engineer is going to come and visit...but since 2months everyday many of them are calling but he is not giving service...Just now we have purchased 2 months ago and it is having 3years warranty...
                  Plz do help us...

                    Kinldy check the mails which is sent to all parts of the world but the problem still presist...

                    All these problems not rectified ""YET"" i have invested 34000 rupees in buying this crap, form the day i bought this crap i am facing all these problem. I have spoke to several mangers my issue not fixed. Service center people came to my house several time they took my CPU changed verything still the problem remains. I am not satisfied with the product and customer service eventhough changing mother board 3times still the problem remains the same. we are living in customer oriented world but the product has all types of crap which i havn't seen, if i get a survay for this product i will surely rate ""0"".

                    In records shows Planner Board changed once but do you know without proper record they have tried changing planner boards twice they brought 2 to 3 board spending 4 to 5 hrs substituting things once they found it cannot be rectified in my house they took it to the service center which has reflected in records. So try to believe customers rather pointing which is true and which is false.

                    Check your stars... Some PCs don't go well with its owners if there is a mismatch in horoscope. Try buying a new PC at an auspicious date.

                    I purchased a destop of lenovo whose detail are MONITER CRT LENOVO 17 inch flat 1n[protected] DesLen 4EQ-L926891 and it is purchased by name Mr. B Prasad. I purchased it on 8-jan -2008. and after just using for 1yr and 8 months it start giving problem. Its problem is that itsscreen is vibrating. Your service man came to see and he told that picture tube is having problem and if I do MC then he will repair it ad will give 1 yr warrenty, its ok. But if computer of such a big company will start giving problem in such a short time then why should we purchase such a scrap. I needed proper action against it and some compansation in repairing charges with proper warrenty.

                      I’m a student, ... i purchased a lenovo y[protected]AQ laptop in April 2007. up to one year there was ok type ...but as soon as warranty period got over….., suddenly it’s DVD writer stops working and it is not able to read any CD……, my two other friends got lenovo laptop at same time….they r also suffering with same problem ……. I think there is some fault with the lenovo products.
                      Now we r not recommending lenovo to anybody….any student in Indian institute of science, Bangalore.
                      There is no any update available for the DVD writer at lenovo website…..
                      Please don’t purchase laptop from lenovo it is not giving any software with it ……lenovo is fake company no customer care………be careful…..tell to others also please, it is very serious matter for students... say no to “lenovo”……they r exploiting and selling the big “IBM name”

                      It's a good model overall but the writer has let it down. I am having the same problem even after changing it once.                         sir, i purchased one laptop y 500 from lenovo india after ten months there was some problem in the L C D OF my laptop i lodged my complaint with the company company told me to approach there service center in dehradun they replaced my lcd
                        but when after two days when i went thru laptop the back cover of it was missing i complaint to there customer care but of not any use its totally harassement of these mnc's of indian customers pls look into the matter and pls help me out of this problem.regards

                          I purchased my Laptop model refered in Product name i.e. 7761-4EQ ( Part No. EB1708021 S.No. EB[protected] purchased in Sept 2007.

                          Problem : DVD Writer does not recognise most of DVDs / CDs specially DVD-RWs, DVD-R's, CD-Rs

                          Problem Since August 2008.

                          Unable to visit any service centre of Lenovo in India as out of India. By the time I come to India Warranty will be over.

                          Laptop does not have USB Booting facility.

                          I have not recived the free gift as promised to me at the time of purchase.

                          Selling showrooms (Authorised for Lenovo only) do not care but to send the customers to contact service centres.

                          Feed-back from Lenovo Forum : more than 50% Lenovo users face the same problem. Lenovo do not have a solution to the problem, as a result user do get proper attention. Specially who can not contact lenovo service centres as Lenovo do not have a electronic complaint registring process.

                          I am sending my comments here to Inform community to be aware of facts before purchasing lenovo products.

                          I am unsure of getting free service for the unavoidable reason of being abroad.

                              i bought a Lenovo laptop Model No n-7757 Part No- R3N[protected]
                              Serial No- EB07631877, 62Q on June 2008 from a shop called Datamation in Guwahati, Assam.
                              Though before bying i was told that the laptop is having configuration of 1GB RAM and 160 GB HDD but after i bought it and bought it home i found that the total herd disk memory i was given is 130GB.
                              Given the fact that the Operating System takesup 2GB of memory space and the disk partitioning takes maximum upto 1GB space, i should have recieved my memory having atleast 155GB.
                              but i jst have 129GB as my memory space.
                              SO i think either i have been cheated on my Memory or they partioned it wrongly which now they refuse to acknowledge.
                              so in this regard i wud seriously wish to lodge a sincere complain owing the fact that my laptop cost me Rs.41500 to be exact.
                              Kindly take up the matter at the earliest.

During the purchasing they told me you will received one antivirus software with this laptop. After purchasing the seller told me, just you registered your product on line and within seven day you will receive the link and you can download easily free of cost the K-7 anti-virus.                                   The Laptop gets heated up. It becomes so hot I feel irritated putting my hands on the laptop. Putting my laptop on my lap is out of question.

                                  Moreover the body is half black and half Nevy Blue.

                                  Even my CD drive doesn't function properly. The CDs I am able to watch on a desktop gets hang again and again on my newly purchased lenevo.

                                  Appreciate if somebody can address these problems. I am reachable at +91 [protected].

                                  Lenovo — Default Machine sold

                                  I have brought lenovo machine G560 serial no CBQ3729097 on 19 Jan 2011 from Chrome ,Pune at 5:37 PM.. From 1st day ,the laptop unexpectedly shutdown after 10-15 minutes. I made a telephonic complained to lenovo customer care and I was provided with reference no [protected] and lenovo executive told me to take machine to service center.I brought it to Service center on 21 Jan at law college road,Pune and i was told that motherboard is defective and it needs to be replaced.I was not provided with any service report as i had complained through phone and executive told me same reference no will be valid for this complained.

                                  i emailed lenovo warranty care about the issue and told them to provide me a brand new laptop as the existing one is defective machine. and i dont want replacemnt of motherboard in my existing machine. I had emailed them scanned copy of my invoice number also.

                                  They provide me a new reference number 5082745 and told me tey will get back to me in 2 days. I again tried to email them and call them but got no proper response every time they said concerned person will give you a call but i've not recived any call regarding this .
                                  I'm totally frustrated by calling lenovo warranty care again and again and require your help to resolve this issue and provide me with a new laptop.

                                  My ref. [protected]...When i way buying my laptop i was told that i will get windows 7 home premium but when i purchased the unit and open the box at my home i found it is windows 7 home basic .......and i am quite unhappy because the store guy gave me wrong information and i was asked to contact tech support for further assistance ....'
                                  , now i also called in tech support many time and one guy told me that he is going to send a technician at my home to get the o/s replaced ...but when i called in 2nd and the 3rd time they keep on transferring me to different deptt. and every other person is giving different opinion and answer to my question ,,,,i want to know when the o/s of computer will be replaced ....i also got a mail staying that contact consumer deptt. when i called then the lady from there told that it is to the correct deptt. to deal with this issue ...i m really tired and unhappy with this kind of support, and this put a very wrong impersonation for the technical support or the the other people those work with the true heart because of some guys other technician also get bed impersonation, i m really upset and i have in home or on site support a tech should come to replace that ASAP...or else i will never buy leneovo or IBM product in my life

                                    when the cd is inserted some external force is to be applied and at the time of ejecting the cd has to be pulled out.i had also lost the switch in the cd drive.

                                      I bought my laptop in june 2007 from Shakti Infotech Traders, Hazaribagh, after 6 months I started noticining that battery back up is decreased. I went to the person from whom I bought it because only he could sent it to the service centre which is only in Jamshedpur which is quite far.
                                      But that seller just harassed me and didnot sent my complain in service centre. I also contacted customer care but it was also of no use. Now my warranty period has crossed and my battery backup is only 12 an hour. Now that seller is demanding money for battery replacement, why should I pay for replacement when my complaint was not registered.
                                      Please help in replacing my battery free of cost as it is not my fault as there is no service centre in our town.Otherwise it will give me a bad experience and I will not suggest people to buy Lenovo laptop.

                                      I had purchase the Lenova laptop. I also firmly believe that the life of lenova laptop batteries are very less which makes lots of inconvieniece. Infact I noticed battery back up is decreased within six months. which was subsequently replaced. Again replaced battery start showing the same sign of deteriotion within six months and got deterioted completely within 9 months. This untimely sign of deteriotion lead to subsequent complaint and request for replacement of battery to higher authority without any positive result. This has given me very bad experience and can suggest people not to buy Lenovo laptop as one can buy good quality laptop with same amount with good services than Lenova.
                                      i have also purchased lenovo laptop from jamshedpur in march 2007 and the battery was completely dead in may 2008 and i could not get a new battery anywhere and warranty was also over.
                                      i am facing a big problem due to this. the battery is not giving a single second back up.

                                      i will advise everybody not to purchase lenovo laptops.
