This is newly bought march 2021, the curser is getting struck frequently and recover after some time, very slow in function. Very much upset while doing important works....

I Have purchased a lenovo laptop on August 3rd 2020. After 2 months of time i am facing an issue with the laptop. I want my laptop to be replaced.it has crashed within 4 months of purchase. It is very well within the warranty period. I have also opted for extended warranty.

My laptop is not charging, though charger is doing fine.

I am highly disappointed with the product.

Get it replaced otherwise I am thinking of legal course....

All in one Desktop PC core i3, 8th generation computer was purchased in December 2019 at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli lenova dealer shop. PC Sl. No. MP1FZ9QN. Now the computer is not getting booted.
One taking the PC to service center they denied to take and asked to launch the complaint online.

1. Flickering issue with automatic hidden of certain options on clicking "General" option under (Youtube) settings in third party app
2. Device automatically selects certain options randomly by highliting with blue light background under System - time in settings options.
3.Device is not user friendly on selecting for "Clear all" options in home screen....

I bought a Lenovo Ideacentre A340 Desktop 10 day ago from Amazon. The 3.5 mm jack on the desktop isn't working and when I contacted customer care, they don't even know about the product and they said they can't provide a resolution.

This kind of pathetic service where the company doesn't know about its own product is a serious concern.

Two dead pixel lines have appeared on the right half of the screen on it own, no damage has occurred....
