          Hi,

          I placed an order on 24 may Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit/Credit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet and order status also not updated.

          Please look into the issue and do the needful asap. lenovo Order Status and awaiting response on the same.

            Laptop is lagging in speed and hanging

            I have purchased a new lenovo laptop for my office and in first use it's speed is very slow and it shows a hanging problem. Customer cant able to use it properly. It show a 99% of the disk used with any work. Laptop S/N: PF20Q5HN....

            I must say, this is the worst decision i have ever took by purchasing the lenovo laptop. Soon after buy this(lenovo yoga 520) after 9months the hibge got problem out of ablue moon. Because i handled it with utmose care and suddently a fine morning i happened to to see it broken. I spend around 4000rs repairing it. Then after 6months again in 2020 it was broken! Then i had to spend another 3000 on it. And now, in 2021 keyboard keys are not working! Such a disaster! I am going to raise a complaint officially!

                I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Croma Jayanagar, Bangalore.
                The screen was damaged, it was returned next day. i returned the laptop. I was told the laptop will be reviewed and a replacement would be done. Its been 4 days nobody from either Croma or Lenovo has contacted me.

                    Technicians are not cooperative at all. With the excuse of corona, they are fooling people. Complaint registered regarding a faulty camera since past 3 months. No response. No updates. Product under premium care warranty for 1 year (Bought the product 6 months ago). Took advance payment for the same.

                      HDD ISSUE (Tickets are getting resolved without a resolution)

                      My HDD has stated making noises, I've submitted a ticket #[protected] and the advisor called me saying that I'll have to send them a video of the issue. Since it's just a noise, I sent an audio clip. After a few days the same advisor called me and said that they've looked the video and it cannot be resolved with them. I'm still under Premium warranty. (The advisor clearly didn't know what an HDD is or an SDD, he was telling me that the sockets...

                        In continuation with the mail on 16.06.2021.
                        Your service persons contacted me over phone and remote access. Several times we have given remote access till date the issue is not solved. Almost last seven days lenovo support team is. repeatedly doing same process. I don't understand they are doing the repair work or just for training purpose they calling. Pls take necessary action to replace the laptop. This is more irritated me. This issue can sorted out or not. If not possible reply me immediately.

                        Updated by Saravanan SSS                         Till date not resolved the issue, one your team member is telling to replace the RAM from 4 GB TO 8 and another team member is telling hardware issue I will arrange to send the service engineer. If this model is having the problem with RAM, then same to be informed while selling this product. I don't understand who is coming to help me in this regard. I will wait for 2 days for this issue, else I will go to dealer to replace the laptop. I totally fed up with this laptop.

                          My Lenovo laptop camera has been covered wit a panel and raised the issue with Lenovo customer care with case id [protected] which is still not closed and when i call the customer care they do not provide proper resolution i fee it was a great mistake and never recommend to purchase Lenovo brand

                            I have purchased tab fhd 4 gb 128 gb online through flipcart on 28th May 2021, after use of 20 days it's stoped working due to charging issue. I have visited your service center near to Chandigarh ie 300 km from my location & I have spent 2500 rs to reach service center, now they are saying it take at 10 days to repair the same.
                            This lab I was purchased for my daughter for online study. Now due to this faulty product my daughter is facing the problem to attend online classes. Request you to replace the faulty product asap. I do not need this faulty product.

                              Lenovo refused to sell me a tablet because they cannot verify my identity through speaking to me on the voice phone, but I am Deaf, so that is impossible. I verified my identity for Lenovo via the service ID Me in order to get a senior discount, so Lenovo already has my identity verified. But they insists on the cutomer being able to hear and speak over a voice phone.
