Since the last windows update, the keys "1, q, a and z" stopped working. Already went to your nearest store to fix it. But every time there's a new update, it will stop working again. Any suggestions on how this can be solved? My flex 5 is still new. This happened 5 months after purchasing your product. I am very disappointed as I thought your brand was good quality. It's been months now since I had this problem with my laptop and my warranty doesn't cover it as I bought it abroad. I need to know how this will be solved as I use it for work.
