Technicians are not cooperative at all. With the excuse of corona, they are fooling people. Complaint registered regarding a faulty camera since past 3 months. No response. No updates. Product under premium care warranty for 1 year (Bought the product 6 months ago). Took advance payment for the same.

    HDD ISSUE (Tickets are getting resolved without a resolution)

    My HDD has stated making noises, I've submitted a ticket #[protected] and the advisor called me saying that I'll have to send them a video of the issue. Since it's just a noise, I sent an audio clip. After a few days the same advisor called me and said that they've looked the video and it cannot be resolved with them. I'm still under Premium warranty. (The advisor clearly didn't know what an HDD is or an SDD, he was telling me that the sockets...

      In continuation with the mail on 16.06.2021.
      Your service persons contacted me over phone and remote access. Several times we have given remote access till date the issue is not solved. Almost last seven days lenovo support team is. repeatedly doing same process. I don't understand they are doing the repair work or just for training purpose they calling. Pls take necessary action to replace the laptop. This is more irritated me. This issue can sorted out or not. If not possible reply me immediately.

      Till date not resolved the issue, one your team member is telling to replace the RAM from 4 GB TO 8 and another team member is telling hardware issue I will arrange to send the service engineer. If this model is having the problem with RAM, then same to be informed while selling this product. I don't understand who is coming to help me in this regard. I will wait for 2 days for this issue, else I will go to dealer to replace the laptop. I totally fed up with this laptop.

        My Lenovo laptop camera has been covered wit a panel and raised the issue with Lenovo customer care with case id [protected] which is still not closed and when i call the customer care they do not provide proper resolution i fee it was a great mistake and never recommend to purchase Lenovo brand

          I have purchased tab fhd 4 gb 128 gb online through flipcart on 28th May 2021, after use of 20 days it's stoped working due to charging issue. I have visited your service center near to Chandigarh ie 300 km from my location & I have spent 2500 rs to reach service center, now they are saying it take at 10 days to repair the same.
          This lab I was purchased for my daughter for online study. Now due to this faulty product my daughter is facing the problem to attend online classes. Request you to replace the faulty product asap. I do not need this faulty product.

            Lenovo refused to sell me a tablet because they cannot verify my identity through speaking to me on the voice phone, but I am Deaf, so that is impossible. I verified my identity for Lenovo via the service ID Me in order to get a senior discount, so Lenovo already has my identity verified. But they insists on the cutomer being able to hear and speak over a voice phone.

                    I have purchased a warranty from Lenovo Vantage on June 2021 and for that I paid the amount of 2149 INR. but still it is not updated, I also contacted the customer service many times since last 2 weeks but nothing happened instead they all behaved rudely and most importantly and I also received the Invoice copy of the warranty but lenovo is denying I have all the mail communication and also case number if required.

                            I bought a laptop (ideapad-3) on 5th October 2020, and since beginning i'm facing problem in charging. I visited Croma care thrice but not got my solution and on 18th June, it was not getting charging, and on monday i visited Croma store again and they suggested to raised a complaint on Lenovo Customer care. I called on Customer care on Tuesday from another number and customer executive kept me on hold almost half an hour. Thursday (24th June) again I called and raised the concern but didn't get any ticket number. I called again on customer support on Friday (25th June) and asked for my Ticket number. They shared the contact details of Er. Mr. VishaL Tyagi and the address of customer care office. When i contacted him though i came to know that the number belongs to someone else and when I reached to the customer care address, I came to know that the office has been shifted from there almost 4 months back. I googled new address and reached there. They said they don't deal onsite complaint and you have to submit your laptop for atleast 10 days .

                            *IS IT REALLY A SIN TO BUY A LAPTOP FROM LENOVO* ?

                            WORST EXPERIENCE WITH LENOVO AND NOT GONNA RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!

                            Kindly exchange my laptop as it's under warranty or rectify the issue

                              I had purchased the laptop in Mar 21. The laptop is giving performance issues since the day one.

                              It gets hanged way too often causing major irritation while doing important time bound work

                              Takes long to boot and start various applications like Chrome, ADOBE, Word etc.

                              Become unresponsive often and has to be restarted, leading to a major loss of time and tempo

                                Since the last windows update, the keys "1, q, a and z" stopped working. Already went to your nearest store to fix it. But every time there's a new update, it will stop working again. Any suggestions on how this can be solved? My flex 5 is still new. This happened 5 months after purchasing your product. I am very disappointed as I thought your brand was good quality. It's been months now since I had this problem with my laptop and my warranty doesn't cover it as I bought it abroad. I need to know how this will be solved as I use it for work.

                                  I had purchased the laptop last year in august and it's not even 1 year and my laptop is facing lots of problems. First issue was with the camera that the camera is not running properly and after complaining so many times the support team had sent a person to change the camera and soon after changing the camera the left side of the screen had a black spot in it and the camera quality was so bad, a blur image was coming. Actually by these issues the company is ruining its brand name and it's really disappointing. And the support team is not even telling me the issue that my laptop is facing.
                                  After these problems I really want my laptop to be changed by the company because I can not take this anymore. And after this i can't trust this laptop anymore, i really want the company to resolve this issue ASAP and what will be the guarantee that my laptop will run smoothly without any problem.

                                    In last few days, when I switched on my laptop it is directly going to BIOS. Then I pressed escaped button to come out of button and then another window opens where it mentions windows log in.
                                    The only option is to hard boot the laptop and open it as usual.
                                    It happened 3-4 times since yesterday.
                                    I cannot attach photos of size 4 MB although the limit is 32 MB.
                                    Please share some link to upload photos for reference.
