I had ordered a customized laptop during my stay in india on june 2nd, it was expected to deliver by august. My login details in the lenovo websites had crashed, and thus the only form of communication was through the mail. Till july, i was staying in bangalore and then moved to family in kerala, in kerala too i requested for an address change, which they happily complied. During my stay in kerala, i was unaware that the delivery partner had attempted to deliver my product on july 19th and 21, because none of your representatives had the audacity to give my tracking details on time, i got it on august 2nd, by then, the shipment was rto locked, i waited for an entire month believed in a falsified promise made your representatives, who agreed that they would reship my product by 24th of august, but nothing. I am right now living outside india where i cannot contact them, i have issued for a refund and cancellation but none answered promptly.
