This is very frustrating that there is no proper customer support for your company. I bought a laptop 15 days before (8th August, 2020) and now the adhesive near the screen is coming out and the joint between the screen and keyboard are misplaced. Now the points to be noted are:

Order returned. Lenovo reps refuse to 'cancel order' in their portal for me to get refund from Katapult. So long as Lenovo does not "cancel order' in their portal they keep all the money Katapalt has paid them and still retain possession of returned product to sell again. Lenovo personnel named 'Allen" ([protected]@lenovo.com), in a 3-way call with myself and Katapult would not "cancel order' and kept repeating "Lenovo processed the refund"....

I bought a lenovo laptop 2 months back from reliance digital, Thripunithura, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala State. @ the time of purchase the showroom guy told me the laptop will give 5-6 hours battery backup. I did not expect 5-6 hours, but a bare minimum 2-3 hours. but it is only giving around an hour. I've recently purchased your company laptop and also registered myself for the lenovo additional 2 year warranty along with a motorola headset by paying rs 1299/-. However, i didn't get extended warranty applied to my laptop which they promised that they will fulfill that by 9th august 2020.

I've also tried to reach their customer care support and also email support multiple times but all i got is automated response....

I raised a complaint on 22 may 2020 as my laptop was not working. After one months their engineer visited me and he told there is problem in mother board so he sent a request to lenovo service centre to provide mother board for my laptop.
