Grievance against your service regarding repair of lenovo laptop

This is to state that we are highly unsatisfied with your service regarding the repair of our lenovo laptop (Serial no pf2dle6t). Please refer to the scanned copy of the service call report as attached with this form for complete detail.

The issue is from the very second day, within 1.5 hours the laptop became switched off. It is clear that the battery backup is ridiculously low. When we addressed the issue to the service...

    I am using lenovo 330s serial: yd06059a bought it on 28/12/2018 with 3y depot warranty.
    Since i bought this i'm having some or the other issue, even your executive won't be able to deduct the issue, they simply run the vantage application scan it and then they tell to do a backup and put up a new window.
    I'm literally fed up now i don't want to use this laptop either you exchange it or grant me a refund.

          I wish to complain about the Lenovo laptop I purchased seven months before.

          Very dissatisfied with the product, within this one month I have got a problem for

          Motherboard then RAM then Keyboard, then again Keyboard and then again

          the motherboard and still laptop is not working after so much of complaints and technical visits. Its been very hard to work in this situation, because of COVID-19 the only option we have is work from home in which the laptop is not working. I have paid a good amount of money to buy this product.
          I look forward to hear from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

            Few months ago one of the usb port not worked
            Service the lap top and motherboard replaced at lenovo service centre — trivandrum.
            After that when i switch on my laptop the monitor is flickering for a few minutes.
            While i am trying to copy and paste anything, the paste option is seeing disabled.

              We purchased Lenovo IdeaPad laptop from Croma. When we wanted to check if all features, components are working fine, they said we will just open the seal and show.ww brought home found camera didn't work and it was switching off often. Due to 15 days of covid lockdown, service center s said they are not available.afte lockdown we approach ed them to fix camera issue.they kept it for two weeks and inspite of reminder s frequent calls didn't fix the problem. Later they said wore disconnected and gave fixing it. It didn't still work after we received it andit was not switching on.we raised this concern for on call support it didn't work. Then it was reported to another service person.. they took the laptop and said motherboard, power button all replaced mic didn't work so again we gave back for fixing mic and camera.yet to receive. They are asking for my email password.not sure why. The purpose of buying the laptop is not met.The laptop wasnt used by us even for 10 days and it's almost 4 months.. not fixed yet and not sure what are the hidden issue s we will get. I wanted replacement but they are giving lame reasons. It's a worst experience and my child is suffering attending training using mobile and she had eye pain and frequent headches.all because of your people incapability.i had invested 65k for nothing. Very bad experience. I am going to raise complaint with disgruntled team. Lenovo deliver s defective products without quality checks. And also not ready to replace it was manufactured problem. The service is very very bad. Useless!!

                I had purchased a laptop lenovo idea pad 330 in 41, 390 inr from amazon on dated 10.08.2019. The company was lenovo, delivered on 16.08.2019 with a year warranty. The warranty period was enacted from 16.08.2019 to 15.08.2020
                The early days were almost good but as the days passed this laptop became slow and finally got an error on 14.08.2020, registered a complaint to lenovo support on the same day. Till now lenovo is making me fool in the name of providing warranty services. I have been through everything, be it service center or support but nothing helped me out. I contacted microsoft, they checked but could not fix. Microsoft suggested me to contact lenovo. I have registered complaints, share my details with k but it didn't resolve the issue. Lenovo’s toll-free number has ruined my days as not reachable. They replied my all answers by using artificial intelligence software on social media account including whatsapp. They never intended to help me out.
                As in the warranty period, lenovo needed to send an engineer at my location but they did not. I am a physically challenged person. I am a research scholar, my research work is completely stopped due to the same. I was not able to attend the seminars, classes etc. That’s why i wasted my money in terms of my fellowship etc. This is such a mental trauma that i have faced due to only the unethical behavior of the lenovo service center.
                I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

                  This model of lenovo is coming with faulty webcam. I thought it is my problem but a lot of people are facing the same issue with the webcam of lenovo ideapad s340. I ask lenovo to recall all the products of this model and give fresh and defect free laptop.
                  Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I have been facing the same issue since past 4 months. The tech team is just pasting a 3M tape over the camera but not fixing it. The problem is being faced with many other customers as well for the IdeaPad S340 model and the company should just own up for the faulty model and provide a replacement.

                      I had ordered a customized laptop during my stay in india on june 2nd, it was expected to deliver by august. My login details in the lenovo websites had crashed, and thus the only form of communication was through the mail. Till july, i was staying in bangalore and then moved to family in kerala, in kerala too i requested for an address change, which they happily complied. During my stay in kerala, i was unaware that the delivery partner had attempted to deliver my product on july 19th and 21, because none of your representatives had the audacity to give my tracking details on time, i got it on august 2nd, by then, the shipment was rto locked, i waited for an entire month believed in a falsified promise made your representatives, who agreed that they would reship my product by 24th of august, but nothing. I am right now living outside india where i cannot contact them, i have issued for a refund and cancellation but none answered promptly.

                                Merchant cashback not received

                                I have purchased lenovo ideapad S-340 from Lenovo exclusive store( Systech IT Solution Pvt. Ltd.), using ICICI Bank credit card under no cost emi and 10% cashback discount which was told by the store manager. I haven't received merchant cashback of Rs 2595 yet still after passing more than 75 days which is even mentioned in the bill.

                                Even after repeatedly calling customer care, store manager and mailing to lenovo customer care...

                                Its 10 hours used laptop, touchpad was not working, windows creashed, it's too slow I think there is some hardware related issue. I am also sending the photo and video of my hardware related problems, I have given my laptop on 28september 2020
                                When I went for pic-up I was shocked my laptop was having some physical damaged I told to them about, physical damaged, they sad it's just a normal scratch pls accept we cannot do anything, I refuse to take the laptop
                                I will not accept this laptop anymore I want the replacement for shure
                                There is a hardware related issues and physical damaged done by service center, basically I am cheated by Lenovo.

                                  I'm Sai Lohit a resident of Jamshedpur. My laptop got faulted on August 25, 2020. I complained in customer support after diagnosis they confirmed it to be a motherboard issue. They dispatched my part and assured a service by 27 August, 2020. I called the local engineer on August 28, 2020 they mentioned there is some delay and surely be done by 31 August, 2020.
                                  I got a part delivery mail from their end on August 30, 2020(Saturday). Monday i called the engineer whose number was mentioned in the mail they mentioned the whole process might require a day to process and assured me to be done by September 1, 2020. I called him today(September 2, 2020) the engineer is giving me statement saying part undelivered whereas i've the mail of it getting delivered and again delaying.

                                    Dear sir, i have lenovo ideapad s340-14api model (Laptop-sic3j704), recently a few days ago i worked till late night on this laptop and thereafter i put it back into the laptop bag, after use of at least 5-6 hours and when i saw it back after some time, then i saw that, there is 4-5 keys of laptop warmout and look like burned from inside, and before this mail i have already sent a mail to customer care and call to lenovo but they said there is no warranty of your product for such type of damage, but i also don't know how it happened? and if it occurs due to regular work on the pc then lenovo is responsible for it, we are using your products because we want good customer care facilities and many more new technologies and other good things in your product? that was my first and last product after it, i don't want to buy any product from lenovo and i also suggest everyone of my friends and relatives don't buy it, because you don't give proper solution or service to the customer then why would we buy your products? i had purchased this pc in feb 2020 and its only 6 months old and that types of problems happened in it and your customer care executives said this would not come under warranty so what type of thing comes under warranty if it doesn't? Suppose if it was blast then who was be responsible for it that time if you don't, that is an internal type of problem which may under come the customer safety and serviceable, and if t was blast during working or there is fire occur in that pc by which very big incident could be happened on that time then who is responsible for such type of problem, i require proper answer and service.
