Hi Team,
I would like to bring my case in your notice that I have recently(3 hours back from the cancellation request call) ordered a lenovo tablet (Order Number is [protected]) by mistake and I wanted to cancel the order and for the same I tried calling the lenovo support and wrote a mail also for the same requesting them to cancel my order asap, in the reply of which I am getting the link to track my order from Pearl A and was told that it is dispatched also. I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour from Lenovo support that they are treating my cancellation request as Delivery related type as mentioned in the trailing mails. Please look into the matter asap and treat it as urgent.

Again, I would like to CANCEL the order and I am not asking for faster delivery as is assumed by the team. Hope I would be getting the constructive reply soon and the estimate of when can I get my refund.

After doing the above mail i got this reply from Pearl A:
"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your purchase on our online store.

Regarding your email, we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel the order because it has been dispatched.

Now i would like to complaint against them as in their policies also its clearly mentioned that you can cancel the order if its not dispatched and if its dispatched you can get the refund once the product is back to its origin with 2.5 charges deducted and also after deducting their courier charges from it.

Now ill tell u the trick that they have played with me and also many customers placing the order and tries to return.

I have raised the cancellation request to them on 5:44pm and they gave the product to delivery person at 6:10pm as fetched from records so that they can say that they have already dispatched the product. So a person who ignores these details will assume that they have followed their policies. but any person with some basic common sense can tell what they have done and rejected the request of cancellation even they have not dispatched the product then.

Please treat this matter as urgent and help me in getting the refund for the product.

    On 19-june-2020 i purchased lenovo laptop from reliance digital store and after using it for 2 days i found out that laptop is not able to work for atleast 1hr and bluetooth gets uninstalled automatically and laptop gets lagging sometimes, so i contacted lenovo and reliance digital customer care team for replacement of laptop but they didn't gave me any kind of replacement or solution of this problem. And now i'am not able to work properly on laptop.

      I bought the lenovo k8 note on january 2019 from buy my mobile it is very heavy heating gave to service center they said that mother board issue, cant do anything with the mobile. It has been only one year the mobile i used, very disappointed with the lenovo mobile. Please refund the amount or provide me new handset for this issue.

        I need to get my laptop fixed at the earliest. I would not have bought lenovo laptop, if i would have know about the pathetic product. Not working within 20 days of purchase.

        I installed the same os after this laptop was delivered it to me and it ran successfully for 20 days. During this time of installing, the entire installation was complete within 45 mins.

        Besides, i am using the same os, in other laptops and it is working like a charm.

        Its is lenovo's product, which is freaking faulty. I was working on it, and then it suddenly froze, and restarted by itself, to do a automatic repair. The automatic repair failed. The laptop, did not start, and gave message -

        "an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press ctrl+alt+del to restart "

        I tried to do system restore, it failed with an error.
        I tried to install windows 10 using usb drive, it was stuck at second stage for an hour.
        I tried to re-install it again, the windows set-up din't start, and kept loading for 2 hrs approx.
        I went to safe mode with networking with windows 7 disc, and formatted the drives using diskpart.
        I called a local tech, he tried to install windows using usb drive, it was stuck on the same screen for an hour. He clearly concluded that there is a problem with a hard drive.
        I tried to install windows and it was stuck on the screen, where is asks to select the partition for an hour.
        I tried to re-install it, now it is stuck, as shared in the screenshot for 3 hrs now.

        Then lenovo's idiotic technician will say that, they cannot support me as it is a dos system. It is a problem with lenovo's # hdd. I have warranty and premium care, and i need this to be fixed. I don't want to know lenovo's # policies, rs 42000 is not less, it a huge amount and i will need to get this fixed.
        I still have 340 days of warranty remaining as on today.

        I have purchased premium care as well. This is not my fault. It is clearly lenovo's fault, there is a problem with your hdd.

        Lenovo replaced the HDD. Issue Fixed. !

            I purchased lenova laptop model 81vd002pin for rs 37264/ on[protected] purchased at reliance retail limited 9512 reliance retail digital rajahumundry. Paid the same through card. Submit that ism a student using the same for digital class purpose. With in one month from the date of purchase the lap top is not functioning and screen was damaged by splitting and liquid damage. There is no physical damage except manufacturing defect. I inform the same to reliance customer care and lenova customer care but in vain. I pray for replacement of system. Since iam a poor student.

              I have placed the order for lenovo tab on 17th may 2020 from their website. I am trying to track my order status, but i am unable to get any information since,

              I have ordered it online since lenovo committed to deliver it within 8 to 10 days.

              1. The number they provided to track the order is getting disconnected while waiting for a service representative. Tried more than 20 times, no luck.

              2. The email id provided in the website is bouncing.

              3. Tried the alternative email id but no response.

              4. There is a view order status option in the website but that doesn’t work either
              5. Not able to contact post sales lenovo team
              6. Pre sales team have no idea.. When it will be delivered.
              7. I have asked them for cancellation of my order.. But they didnt responded.

              I am completely lost since i have no clue on what is happening with my order and when can i expect the laptop!

                We have purchased a lenovo think book on 20th january 2020 with sr. No. Lr0blr6n. Now, the screen has some issues which can be seen in the attachments. As the customer care is not working much on call. We have coordinated with them for the repair with request no. [protected]. This is an internal issue with the screen so it has to be replaced in warranty without any charges because it's not damaged. Lenovo india is asking for charges now but it has not fallen or damaged by us.

                  I recently bought one legion laptop 2 months ago and it's now not charging. I have complained about this and it's been 2 weeks. They are showing very irresponsible behaviour, and I have called multiple times. I was supposed to give my exam on June 15th for my online test and had all my submition files in laptop and I wasn't able to access it. You call it premium care, but doesn't do anything which shows premium. It's more than 2 weeks now and I still don't know that when will I get my parts and laptop will start working.

                    I am very much regret to inform u that, i have purchased lenovo ideapad 520 laptop on[protected] from specturm at guwahati, assam at rs. 68, 999/-from date of putchased i can able to use my laptop for a few days because first time my all data lost due to hdd coruption, again after some months my keyboard panel have to change due some key not workjng and now from today i. E.[protected] mh laptop doesnot turn on. So i can say from the date of purchase i am able to use my laptop only for few hours due to its frequent disturbance.
                    I think the laptop i had purchased was manufacturing defect product. So it creats lots of problem whenever i am going to use it.
                    So sir it is my request kindly replace my laptop because such costly laptop i have bought but can not use it due its frequent disturbance.
                    Otherwise i have to complain on consumer forum.

                          I purchased a laptop on 2 june'20. On 8th. June'20 they cancelled my order with deduction in money. I purchased laptop in rs. 27249 and lenovo has refunded rs. 25251 without any reason. I called several time but no phone call answer. Also i dropped an email very irresponsible team in lenovo. Till tiday they have not given the reason why the amount is deducted.

                          Pathetic service. My advice not to purchase any stuff from lenovo.

                          Let the issue should be to management level.

                            I have ordered a lenovo tablet from lenovo's official website. It was mentioned that the same would be delivered within 10-12 business days. This order was placed on 4th june 20. I have been sending emails asking for dispatch details since then, there is nil response. I need support. My money is stuck with lenovo and the device is an immediate requirement too.

                              Since i had brought the mobile in 2018, i have been facing one or the other problem. I had been to service center for changing battery and even then i had issues. Now my phone is auto restarting and is in a boot loop, and as many complained in the lenovo forum, that it is a motherboard problem. My phone is as good as dead fromay 29th 2020. Wonder why these chinese companies are even allowed to make such crappy phone's and make the lives of customers miserable. Either release parts, so that at least customers can repair it from there end. If this was us or any european country, many people would have sued lenovo and a lawsuit would have been filed for compensation.

                                  Lenovo Ideapad Laptop 530S was purchased from Vijay Sales on 23rd March 2019 with Windows 10 version 1909, Home edition.
                                  This laptop camera is not working and when contacted Lenovo, they fooled around for 10 odd days with troubleshooting steps and no follow ups and no appropriate support. After contact Microsoft, Microsoft confirmed that the camera installed is for Windows 7 and is not supported for versions beyond windows 7.
                                  When this was communicated to Lenovo and i asked for a laptop replacement, Lenovo denied laptop replacement as per their policy.
                                  But Lenovo has committed a fraud by selling a Windows 10 laptop with a camera for windows 7.
                                  I seek lenovo, to replace the laptop at earliest. I do not want parts to be replaced to my laptop.

                                    Hello lenovo, i placed order on 26th may (Order#[protected]). It was supposed to be shipped within 24 hrs and was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 working days. Then you guys revised the delivery to 10-12 working days. First i was given explanation that your mumbai warehouse is being sanitized because of covid. Then i was given email address - [protected]@ndslindia.com, it seems no one monitors this mail address. Then i was provided me customer care numbers, which doesnt work. Then i was told laptop is not in stock (Then why the order got placed??). Today i spoke to lalit, and he is saying laptop will be shipped from delhi or kolkata but they do not have any courier guy with them (It was supposed to be shipped today as per their site). This is the first time i am purchasing lenovo laptop from official website and i feel cheated. I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase a lenovo laptop from official website. Better to buy from amazon or flipkart, as lenovo do not provide any after-sales. Lenovo customer care team are not even sure when the laptop will be shipped or delivered. Seems lenovo is just earning the interest from customer's order! Dissapointed!!

                                    I called Supervisor Anand multiple times, even he is also not answering calls. Seems there is no one at Lenovo who wants to retain its customers. I will never ever recommend this to anyone!

                                      My asset serial no: pf137nj7 under onsite adp warranty for 1 more year as of today.

                                      I understand that in current covid situation the things are delayed but it should not take more than 2 months to repair a laptop.

                                      My laptop gon faulty on paril 15th, i raised complain to lenovo support and they identified that the motherboard is faulty. They placed request for parts. The parts got delayed that i understand due to covid.

                                      Now as per my s o no: [protected] the required parts got delivered to local noida service station on may 27th, 2020 at 10 am.

                                      Till from this day i am following up with lenovo team to service my asset. Within noida local there is no restriction of movement, i also stay in noida at sec 121 which never came to containment zone no vasea found in our society. So what the problem for lenovo executive to come and change the part.

                                      I guess around 27th also i recieved a call from mayanks it solutions pvt ltd and they said thry are alligning an engineer for repair. I got this call on morning and no one came till yet, on the same evening i called them again and to ky surprise they said the part is not yet delivered. Then why i got the call and why the service order is saying part delivered.

                                      All hopes are lost not sure when my laptop be repaired.

                                      Turning to this forum now for help. As i am innit industry to effectively work from home i need my laptop. Forced to go to office during these lockdown period due to this.

                                      I want to take by my comments and open this complain again, When Lenovo team reached out to me with parts I thaight the complain is resolved so closed this complain.

                                      Attaching image sof all the SRs logged for my laptop fro April 16th, 2020 and still no resolution of my problem.

                                      This is with Lenovo Premiuim Care. God know what happens to others.
