I have purchased Lenovo k5 note date 25 September 2016 but 2 months I am phone using automatic phone permanently switch off then I am go to service center I have note down problem fill up customer care form my problem is mobile hang, battery back up problem, android problem, , but service center not my problem properly Lenovo service is very bad at that time my battery backup problem and many time my mobile automatically hang
