Lenovo — Boot failed | |||
Hello, I have purchased Lenovo IdeaPad S340 laptop from amazon.in After Receiving laptop I noticed battery Issue When Laptop charge goes below 30-40% laptop will automatically gets turnoff I requested Company for replacement of Laptop but they said Replacement procedure is unavailable They said they will replace battery and engineers came and replaced battery After 10 days from Replacing Battery I am facing new issue of "Boot failed or Boot driver is missing" I said them to replace my laptop this time (second time asking) Company said the same thing Replacement procedure is cannot be done I am completely disappointed with Lenovo Company as they sent me a defective product and they are not ready to replace my laptop Please Anyone help me to solve my problem as i am Filing a complaint in Consumer Court Was this information helpful? | |||
