Lenovo — brand new laptop lenovo ideapad slim s3

I purchased a brand new laptop Lenovo Ideapad Slim S3 from Amazon India on 25th May 2025. However, after setting it up, restarted it. Since then it's display is black (no display) and power button still shows light. I registered a support case in Lenovo and Amazon but I did not receive a satisfied reply. Lenovo keeps on saying engineer will come to your place but no-one visited till now. It's very disappointing to see brands like Lenovo, Amazon keeps on testing patience of customer. Please help.
