Lenovo — Company rejected DOA for malfunctioning laptop on second day of purchase.

Bought lenovo y50-70 (serial number-CB[protected] on dated 3rd march 2016 and found it malfunctioning and patches on screen. i took it service centre they said you can have DOA as its been a day only. your laptop will be replaced under DOA then they made me a service report and forward it to lencare for approval and then lencare rejected it after 3 days only then when i called and mailed them thrice and rejected my request without any explanation . even they didn't send any engineer to look at product and when i asked for queries why my laptop wont be replaced.. they said we will repair or replace the spare parts...i asked what is the logic of repairing or replacing the spare parts on the second day of purchase after spending 82, 000 RS . My request no.[protected] is this under which i filed the request of DOA replacement.

Its been 15 days i am waiting for a genuine answer from lenovo..i even talked to there manager services -Mrudula Khanna over phone for regardin this matter..she told me she will help me to get DOA but again thats total hoax.. another day wasted by lenovo. I am totally down now in total depression and harrassed condition because after spending 82, 000 Rs i am getting this. Total irrelevant answer to my queries and providing me computer generated answers

Company sales manager told me to provide DOA as soon as possible and kept me on hold for 24 more hours and now i am talking to them. They said you have to repair your laptop anyhow because they cant replace laptop even it is under DOA. Total harrassment and mental abuse to me. After spending 82, 000 on system i am getting a peice of broken machine which i even cant get replaced. Lenovo pick pocketed me

Its been 18 days. I am visitng lenovo service centre again and again and they are saying only one thing...sorry for inconvenience. Now id has been provided to me regarding this matter . But not a single step has been taken.they are only making me fool..a big foool and i am regretting the day i invested my 82000 rs in the product of this company
